هذا المورد البشري الهام هوا أحد ثمار التنمية ويسهم في بناء الحضارة الإنسانية ركزت، الدراسة على عينة من الطالبات ذو التحصيل المرتفع التراكمي
تعددت الدراسات النفسية والتربوية نحو المتفوقين منها دراسة Smith (1975) التي توصلت إلى أن المتفوقين دراسيا أكثر اهتماما بالثقافة والطموح كما توصلت دراسة محمد نسيم وأخرين 1978 إن المتفوقات تحصيليا أذكياء، كما توصلت دراسة (Flihirty 2002) إلى إن هناك سمات شخصية تميز المتفوقين منها السيطرة، والقدرة على بلوغ مكانة اجتماعية.
تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على العوامل الشخصية للطالبات ذوات التحصيل المرتفع التراكمي لجامعة عمر المختار فرع القبة كلية التربية.
توصلت الدراسة الحالية إلى النتائج الأتية:
- لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين عينة الطالبات ذوات التحصيل المرتفع التراكمي والطالبات العاديات على أبعاد مقياس الصدق (الكذب- الخطأ- الدفاعات).
- لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين عينتي الدراسة على بعد التوهم المرضي.
- أضهرت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود فروق جوهرية بين عينتي الدراسة (الطالبات ذوات التحصيل الدراسي المرتفع التراكمي- العاديات (على المقاييس الأربعة (الاكتئاب- الهستريا- الانحراف السيكوباتي- السيكا ثينيا)


The super eminent in terms of achievement are an important human wealth. They Represent the potential of any society and should be taken care of and given the best opportunities and make the best use of them.
This important human resource is one of the fruits of development and contributes to the building of human civilization. The study focused on a sample of students with high cumulative achievement.
Numerous psychological and pedagogical studies towards the outstanding, including the study of Smith (1975), which found that the super eminent in the study are more interested in culture and ambition as the study of Mohammed Naseem and others 1978 that the super eminent in terms of achievement is smart, as the study concluded (Flihirty 2002) that there are characteristics of personality distinguishes superior ones included control, the ability to attain social status.
The current study aims to identify the personal factors of students with the high cumulative achievement of Omar Al-Mokhtar University, branch of the Faculty of Education.
The current study has reached the following results:
- There are no statistically significant differences between the sample of students with high cumulative achievement and ordinary students on the dimensions of the scale of honesty (lie, error, defenses).
- There are no statistically significant differences between the two studies on the distance of the hypochondriac.
- The results of the study showed that there are substantial differences between the two study samples (students with high cumulative academic achievement - ordinary students (on the four scales (depression, hysteria- psychopathic deviation Psychasthneia).
