|b Does Oral Teaching really meet the needs of FLE Learners in Algeria? What place do Practitioners give to Oral Teaching, specifically in the 4th year of the middle class? Are the Official Institutions sufficiently concerned with Oral Teaching? Do they provide a precise theoretical framework and the methodological guidelines necessary for its teaching in an adequatemanner? These are the questions to which we have tried to provide answers through this article, which is part of the Oral Didactics, given the importance of this component in the Teaching/ Learning of the FLE and the difficulties encountered by the Algerian school in its pedagogical practice.

Quelle place accordent les Praticiens à l’Enseignement de l'Oral, et précisément en classe de 4èmeannée moyenne? Les Institutions Officielles se préoccupent elles suffisamment de l'Enseignement de l’Oral ? Fournissent-elles un cadre théorique précis et des orientations méthodologiques nécessaires à sa didactique de manière adéquate ? Telles, sont les questions auxquelles nous avons tenté d'apporter des réponses à travers cet article, qui s’inscrit dans le cadre de la Didactique de l'Oral, vu l'importance de cette composante dans l'Enseignement / Apprentissage du FLE et les difficultés que rencontre l'école algérienne dans sa pratique pédagogique.
