المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مستوى رضا طلاب برنامج المكتبات والمعلومات بجامعة جنوب الوادي عن الفاعلية التعليمية، والتسهيلات المادية الداعمة للبرنامج في ضوء متطلبات الاعتماد الأكاديمي ومقترحاتهم؛ لتطوير البرنامج وتحسين مستوى الرضا عنه؛ ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدم المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، واستخدمت الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات موزعة على أربعة محاور. وقد تكونت عينة الدراسة من (306) طلاب وطالبات من طلاب برنامج المكتبات والمعلومات بجامعة جنوب الوادي بنسبة 30% من الفرق الأربعة. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة ارتفاع مستوى رضا الطلاب عينة الدراسة عن فعالية المقررات الدراسية المقدمة بالبرنامج من حيث تغطية المحاضرات لكل الموضوعات التي اشتمل عليها المقرر بنسبة (65%) كما حصل تشجيع الطلاب على التعلم الذاتي من خلال البحث عن المعلومات خارج الكتاب الجامعي على نسبة رضا عالية بلغت (61.4%) وجاءت آراء الطلاب راضية إلى حد ما عن المعامل، وورش التدريب المتاحة بالبرنامج حيث بلغت (50.3%)، هذا وقدمت الدراسة عدة مقترحات منها ضرورة تحديث لائحة برنامج المكتبات والمعلومات بجامعة جنوب الوادي؛ حتى تتلاءم مع التطورات الحديثة في مجال التخصص، وتحسين طبيعة الخدمات المقدمة بمكتبة الكلية، والعمل على تطويرها وتزويدها بالمراجع الحديثة؛ حتى تفي باحتياجات المستفيدين وضرورة الاهتمام بالمعامل، وقاعات التدريب الخاصة بالبرنامج وتزويدها بأجهزة الحاسب الآلي؛ لتتناسب مع أعداد الطلاب بالإضافة إلى تفعيل دور وحدة ضمان الجودة بالكلية والجامعة؛ لمتابعة تقييم الطلاب للوضع الأكاديمي والعمل على تطويره.

The study aimed at identifying the level of satisfaction of the students of the library and information program at the University of South Valley on the effectiveness of the educational and physical facilities in support of the program in the light of the requirements of academic accreditation and their proposals to develop the program and improve the level of satisfaction and to achieve the objectives of the study used descriptive analytical method and used the questionnaire as a tool to collect data distributed on four axes. The sample of the study consisted of (306) students from the library and information program at the University of South Valley by 30% of the four teams. The results of the study showed a high level of satisfaction of the students in the study sample on the effectiveness of the courses offered in the program in terms of coverage of the lectures for all subjects included in the course by (65%). The students were also encouraged to self-study by searching for information outside the university book, (61.4%). The students' opinions were somewhat satisfied with the laboratories and training workshops available in the program, which amounted to 50.3%. The study presented several suggestions, including updating the list of library and information programs at South Valley University to suit the recent developments in specialization and improving the nature of services Provided to the library of the college and work to develop them and provide them with modern references to meet the needs of beneficiaries and the need to pay attention to the laboratories and training rooms of the program and provide them with computers to suit the numbers of students in addition to activating the role of quality assurance unit at the college and the university to follow up students' assessment of the academic situation and work on its development.
