المستخلص: يسعى المهتمون بالتربية والتعليم بتجديد النظام التربوي والأخذ بالاتجاهات التربوية الحديثة باستمرار، وإعادة النظر فى بنية النظام التربوي ومساراته وفلسفته وأهدافه ومناهجه وتخصصاته ووسائل تقويمه ونظم الإدارة فيه وتحسين برامج كليات التربية وتدريبهم كونهم من أهم العناصر المؤثرة في نجاح عملية التعلم، لما يسهم به من تخطيط وتحديد للأهداف وما يقدمه من خبرات ونشاطات ومهمات تعليمية بناءه. ولكن لم يسع المهتمون إلى إعداد المدرس نفسيا وتشخيص العوامل المؤثرة في اتزانه وشعوره بالأمن النفسي، وهذا يعني أنه ينبغي أن يعد المدرس إعدادا مهنيا وفنيا ووظيفيا وإداريا وثقافيا واجتماعيا ونفسيا حتى يقوم بدوره الوظيفي بنجاح، وفي قدرته على إدراك نتائج الأحداث التي تواجهه. استهدف البحث معرفة 1. الأمن النفسي لدى مديري المدارس الثانوية. 2. الأداء الإداري لدى مديري المدارس الثانوية. 3. العلاقة الارتباطية بين الأمن النفسي والأداء الإداري لدى مديري المدارس الثانوية. 4. الفروق في العلاقة بين الأمن النفسي والأداء الإداري لدى مديري المدارس الثانوية تبعا لمتغير الجنس. تحدد البحث على مديري المدارس الثانوية في محافظة بغداد مديرية تربية الرصافة الأولى والثانية والثالثة وللعام الدراسي (2017-2018). وتضمن البحث أداتين لتحقيق أهدافه الأولى لمعرفة الأمن النفسي والثانية لمعرفة الأداء الإداري. وتوصل البحث الي النتائج الأتية: 1. تتمتع عينة البحث بالأمن النفسي. 2. وجود أداء إداري جيد لدى مدراء المدارس الثانوية. 3. وجود علاقة ارتباطية بين الأمن لنفسي والأداء الإداري لدى مدراء المدارس الثانوية.

Psychological security and its relation to the administrative performance of high school principals Summary: Those interested in education seek to renew the educational system and adopt modern educational trends constantly, and reconsider the structure of the educational system and its paths, philosophy, objectives, methods, specialties, methods of evaluation and management systems. And improve the programs of the colleges of education and training as they are the most important factors affecting the success of the learning process, because of the contribution of planning and identification of the objectives and the experiences and activities and the tasks of educational construction. But the teachers did not seek to prepare the teacher psychologically and to diagnose the factors affecting his balance and his sense of psychological security, which means that the teacher should prepare the professional, technical, functional, administrative, cultural, social and psychological to perform his role successfully, and in his ability to recognize the results of the events facing him. The influence of the principal on his school and his students is not limited to the information provided to them, His character leaves him as a model imitated by students. Search targeted 1 - Psychological security of high school principals. 2. The administrative performance of high school principals 3 - the correlation between psychological security and administrative performance of high school principals 4 - Differences in the relationship between psychological security and administrative performance of high school principals depending on the gender variable. The research on the principals of secondary schools in Baghdad governorate determines the Directorate of Education of Rusafa I, II, III and for the academic year (2017-2018). The research included two tools to achieve its first objectives for psychological security and the second to know the administrative performance. The research reached the following results: 1- The sample of the research enjoys psychological security. 2- The existence of good administrative performance among high school principals. 3- The existence of a relationship between the psychological security and administrative performance of high school principals.
