|a هدفت الدراسة إلى الإجابة عن السؤال الرئيس التالي: ما مدى تمكن المدراء من مهارات القيادة التحويلية من وجهة نظر معلمي المدارس بمحافظة جدة؟ \nعينة الدراسة: \nتكونت عينة الدراسة من (200) معلم من معلمي التعليم العام للمرحلتين المتوسطة والثانوية في مناطق تعليمية مختلفة بمحافظة جدة، وتم إجراء الدراسة في الفصل الدراسي الثاني للعام 1432- 1433هـ. \nولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي، ولجمع البيانات تم تصميم أداة القياس (استبانة) من قبل الباحث لمعرفة مدى أهمية ومدى توافر السمات للقيادة التحويلية في مدراء المدارس بمحافظة جدة، ومن ثم تم تحكيم الاستبانة من ستة محكمين، وبعدها تم توزيعها على أفراد عينة الدراسة وتجميعها وإدخالها حاسوبياً لمعالجتها ومن ثم تحليلها. \nوتوصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: \n1-\tتوجد درجة ممارسة عالية لسمات وخصائص القيادة التحويلية لدى مدراء المدارس من وجهة نظر أفراد العينة بدرجة (2.58) من (3). \n2-\tاحتل عنصر القدوة والجاذبية المرتبة الأولى على مدى الأهمية ومدى التوافر لسمات وخصائص القيادة التحويلية لدى مدراء المدارس من وجهة نظر أفراد العينة. \n3-\tلا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في تقدير مدى ممارسة مديري المدارس لسمات القيادة التحويلية تعزي إلى: (المؤهل، ونوعه، المرحلة الدراسية، نوعية التعليم، سنوات الخبرة). \nوتوصلت الدراسة لبعض التوصيات والتي من أهمها ما يلي: \n-\tعقد دورات تدريبية وورش عمل لزيادة وعي مدراء المدارس بأسلوب القيادة التحويلية وفوائدها على المدى البعيد على المنظمة التربوية. \n-\tضرورة الاهتمام بالقيادات التربوية وخاصة من يمارسون القيادة التحويلية داخل منظمتهم وتقديم الدعم الكامل لهم. \n-\tتوفير التسهيلات المادية والفنية والتقنية المساعدة للقيادة للتغيير والإبداع. \n

|f The study aimed to answer the following key question: To what extent the principals have transformational leadership skills from the point of view of school teachers in Jeddah?\nThe study sample:\nThe study sample consisted of (200) public education teachers for the intermediate and secondary levels in different educational areas in Jeddah Governorate. The study was conducted in the second semester of the year, 1432-1433 AH.\nTo achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the descriptive approach. For collecting the data, a measurement tool (a questionnaire) was designed by the researcher to know the extent of importance and availability of traits of transformational leadership in principals in the Jeddah governorate. Then the questionnaire was approved by six arbitrators. Then it was distributed to the members of the study sample and compiled and entered into a computer for processing and then analyzing it.\nThe study found the following results:\n1- There is a high degree of the practice of the traits and characteristics of transformational leadership among principals from the point of view of the sample members with a score of (2.58) out of (3).\n2- The role model and attractiveness were ranked first in terms of the importance and availability of the traits and characteristics of transformational leadership among school principals from the sample members' point of view.\n3- There are no statistically significant differences in estimating the extent of school principals' practice of transformational leadership traits attributable to: (qualification, type, educational stage, quality of education, and years of experience).\nThe study made some recommendations, the most important of which are the following:\nHold training courses and workshops to increase principals' awareness of the transformational leadership style and its long-term benefits for the educational organization.\n- The need to pay attention to educational leaders, especially those who practice transformational leadership within their organization, and give them complete support.\n- Providing material, artistic and technical facilities assisting leadership for change and creativity.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018
