|a هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر الاتجاه نحو السلوك الريادي في العلاقة بين جودة الحياة ونية البدء بمشروع ريادي لطلاب قسم إدارة الأعمال بكليات التجارة بالجامعات الحكومية بمصر، بالإضافة إلى التعرف على مستوي كل من جودة الحياة والاتجاه نحو السلوك الريادي ونية البدء بمشروعات ريادية لدى الطلاب بالجامعات موضع البحث. وقد تم تصميم قائمة استقصاء تم توزيعها على عينة عشوائية حجمها 350 طالب وطالبه بقسم إدارة الأعمال بكليات التجارة بخمس جامعات وهم حلوان والإسكندرية وطنطا وقناة السويس وسوهاج وقد تم استرجاع 300 قائمة استقصاء صالحة للتحليل الإحصائي. وقد اعتمدت الباحثة على أسلوب نمذجة المعادلات الهيكلية في التحليل الإحصائي. تم قبول الفرض الرئيسي وأثبتت النتائج أن أهم أبعاد جودة الحياة تأثيرا على نية البدء بمشروع ريادي من خلال الاتجاه نحو السلوك الريادي هم المؤثرات الإيجابية ثم التفاعل مع القائمين بالتدريس ثم التفاعل مع الزملاء، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى نموذج مقترح، واكتشفت الدراسة أن دخول الاتجاه نحو السلوك الريادي كمتغير وسيط بين جودة الحياة وخلق نية البدء بمشروع ريادي قد ترتب عليه تغير في قوة العلاقة بينهما، وبناء على نتائج الدراسة تم اقتراح مجموعة من التوصيات.

|b This study aimed to identify the impact of the attitude toward the entrepreneurial behavior in the relationship between quality of life and the entrepreneurial intention of students in a business administration program at a commerce colleges in public universities in Egypt, and the level of quality of life, entrepreneurial intention and the attitude toward the entrepreneurial behavior for students. 350 Questionnaires were distributed on students (males and females) of business administration students in the commerce faculties of five public universities: Helwan, Alexandria, Tanta, the Suez Canal and Sohag .300 questionnaires have been retrieved. The researcher relied on structural equation modeling in the statistical analysis method. Main hypothesis has been accepted. The results proved the most important quality of life dimensions influence on the entrepreneurial intention through attitude toward the entrepreneurial behavior are positive affective dimension, interaction with the teaching staff and the interaction with colleagues, A proposed model was built .The results proved that, entering attitude toward the entrepreneurial behavior variable between quality of life and entrepreneurial intention make change in the strength of the relationship between them. The study proposed a number of recommendations.
