المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة التوصل إلى توظيف بحوث الفعل في التعليم قبل الجامعي، بما يسهم في تحسين العملية التعليمية وتطورها. واقتضت طبيعة الدراسة استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. وقد اشتملت على الإطار العام لها، وتضمن مقدمة الدراسة ومشكلتها وتساؤلاتها وأهدافها وأهميتها ومنهجها وحدودها وخطوات السير فيها، كما اشتملت على خمسة محاور، تناولت في محورها الأول: الإطار الفكري لبحوث الفعل، وتناولت في محورها الثاني: مبررات توظيف بحوث الفعل في التعليم قبل الجامعي، في حين تناولت في محورها الثالث: مجالات توظيفها في التعليم قبل الجامعي وبخاصة في مجالي التنمية المهنية المستدامة للمعلمين والإسهام في حل القضايا المشكلات التعليمية، وتناولت في محورها الرابع: متطلبات توظيف بحوث الفعل في التعليم قبل الجامعي في هذين المجالين، كما تناولت في محورها الخامس والأخير: أبرز ما توصلت إليه من نتائج والتصور المقترح. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أبرزها: تتعدد وتتنوع مبررات توظيف بحوث الفعل في التعليم قبل الجامعي، نظرا لمساهمتها في تحسين نظام التعليم قبل الجامعي ككل، كما تتعدد وتتنوع متطلبات توظيفها في التعليم قبل الجامعي؛ نظرا لتعدد مجالات توظيفها وتعدد أبعاد كل مجال من مجالاتها. ويتطلب توفير متطلبات توظيف هذه البحوث تكاتف جهود جميع العاملين في مجال التعليم. وفي ضوء هذه النتائج اقترحت الدراسة الحالية تصورا لتوظيف بحوث الفعل في التعليم قبل الجامعي في مجالين رئيسيين هما: التنمية المهنية المستدامة للمعلمين، والإسهام في حل القضايا والمشكلات التعليمية؛ أملا في أن يتم الاستفادة منها- في النهاية- في تحسين العملية التعليمية وتطورها.

The study aimed to finding how action researches can be used in pre-university education, thus contributing to improving the educational process and its development. The nature of the current study used the descriptive analytical methodology. The study included the general framework, which included the introduction of the study and its problem and questions, objectives, importance, methodology, limits and steps in it, It also included five axes, In its first axis: the intellectual framework of action research, and dealt with the second axis: the justification for the use of action researches in pre-university education, While dealt with the third axis: areas of using of action researches in pre-university education, especially in the areas of sustainable professional development of teachers and contribute to the solution of educational issues and problems, and dealt with the fourth axis: the requirements for the Employment of action researches in pre-university education in these two areas mentioned above, in its fifth and last axis, it dealt with the main results and the suggested perception. The study concluded with several results: There are many different justifications for Employment action researches in pre-university education, as their importance extends beyond contributing to improving the pre-university educational system as a whole, and there are many different requirements for using their in pre- university education, because of the multiple areas of using their, and the multidimensional dimensions of each of its areas. In the light of these results, the current study suggested a perception for the requirements of using action researches in pre-university education in two main areas: the sustainable professional development of teachers and the contribution to solving educational issues and problems; in the hope that they will ultimately be used to improve the educational process and its development.
