|a تعد عملية التكوين التي يمر بها الطالب داخل الحرم الجامعي عملية بالغة الأهمية في سياق تكوين الكوادر المتخصصة في المجالات المختلفة، وأضحى أبرز ما يشكل محور تنافسية الجامعات الاهتمام بالعنصر البشري– ممثلا في طالب الجامعة– تكوينه، وكيفية إعداده؛ بوصفه رأس مال فكري-كمصدر للإبداع، والتحدي. ورغم ذلك فالعديد من الدراسات التي حاولت تقييم أداء الجامعة لدورها التعليمي؛ تشير إلى تدني مستوى خريج الجامعة، كما أن ما يقدم للطلاب لا يخضع لمراجعة، أو أي معايير جودة حقيقية، فكثير من الجامعات لا تزال غير مساءلة عن أدائها، وممارستها. ومن ثم تأتي هذه الدراسة؛ كمحاولة للبحث في التكوين الجامعي للطالب بجامعة الإسكندرية، ودوره في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية من خلال إثارة التساؤل الرئيس التالي: كيف السبيل للارتقاء بالتكوين الجامعي للطالب؛ كمتطلب لتحقيق الميزة التنافسية لجامعة الإسكندرية؟ وهذا يتطلب تعرف طبيعة العلاقة بين التكوين الجامعي، والميزة التنافسية، والكشف عن ملامح الخلل التي قد تعتري عملية التكوين الجامعي للطالب من خلال رصد واقعه – وذلك من خلال استطلاع آراء عينة من طلاب الفرق النهائية بكليات جامعة الإسكندرية -، واستقصاء العوامل المؤثرة فيه؛ لأجل إثراء نظام التكوين بالجامعة ببعض المقترحات؛ علها تفيد في تعزيز المركز التنافسي لجامعة الإسكندرية.

|b The training process that the student undergoes within the university campus is a very important process in the context of the formation of specialized cadres in various fields., The challenge. However, many studies that attempted to assess the university's performance of its educational role indicate the low level of university graduates. The students are not subject to review or any real quality standards. Many universities remain unaccountable for their performance and practice. This study comes as an attempt to research the university training of the student at the University of Alexandria, and its role in achieving competitive advantage by raising the following main question: How to improve the university's student training as a prerequisite for achieving the competitive advantage of Alexandria University? This requires knowledge of the nature of the relationship between university formation, competitive advantage, and the detection of the characteristics of the imbalance that may be the process of university training of the student by monitoring the reality - through the survey of the views of a sample of students of the final teams at the faculties of Alexandria University - and to investigate the factors affecting it; To enrich the university's training system with some suggestions; it is useful in enhancing the competitive position of the University of Alexandria.
