عنوان الدراسة: علاقة عضو هيئة التدريس بطلاب الدراسات العليا من وجهة نظر الطلاب دراسة ميدانية بكلية التربية جامعة القصيم؛ وهدفت الدراسة إلى: تحسين علاقة عضو هيئة التدريس بطلاب الدراسات العليا في كلية التربية بجامعة لقصيم؛ واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي لتحليلي؛ واشتمل مجتمع الدراسة جميع طلبة الدراسات العليا (ماجستير والدكتوراه) في كلية التربية بجامعة القصيم في الفصل الدراسي الثاني (372) من العام الجامعي 371438ه وعددهم حسب بيانات الكلية 294 طالبا وطالبة، وينتمون لست تخصصات هي: أصول التربية، والإدارة التربوية، والمناهج وطرق التدريس، والتربية الخاصة، وعلم النفس؛ واختيرت العينة بالطريقة العشوائية الحصية بنسبة20%؛ واستخدمت الاستبانة أداة للدراسة لكشف واقع علاقة عضو هيئة التدريس بطلاب الدراسات العليا من وجهة نظر الطلاب، والتحليل الكيفي لوصف تلك العلاقة والمقارنة وفق متغير الجنس والتخصص؛ وكانت من نتائج هذه الدراسة: 1) أن علاقة عضو هيئة التدريس بطلاب الدراسات العليا في الجانب التدريسي، والجانب البحثي، والجانب الاجتماعي متحققة بدرجة عالية 2) توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى 0.05 بين استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة حول واقع علاقة عضو هيئة التدريس بطلاب الدراسات العليا في الجانب التدريسي تعزى لمتغير لجنس، والفروق لصالح الذكورة؛ ولا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا بين استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة حول واقع علاقة عضو هيئة التدريس بطلاب الدراسات العليا في (الجانب البحثي، والجانب الاجتماعي، والدرجة الكلية) تعزى لمتغير الجنس. 3) لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا بين استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة حول واقع علاقة عضو هيئة التدريس بطلاب الدراسات العليا في كل جوانب الدراسة تعزى لمتغير التخصص. أهم التوصيات: 1) تحسين النقل في قاعات البث المباشر بكلية التربية إلى الحد الذي يجعل التواصل بين الأساتذة والطالبات أقرب إلى التواصل الحي. 2) حث أعضاء هيئة التدريس بكلية التربية على التواصل مع الطلبة من خلال وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي لما توفره من مزايا تزيد من فاعلية التواصل. 3) إقامة مناسبات عامة في كلية التربية هدفها مزيد من التواصل بين الأساتذة والطلاب.
Researcher: Dr. Fahad Saleh ALHodhaif. Title: Faculty Member's Relationship with Graduate Students - From the Students' Perspectives: A Field Study at the College of Education, Qassim University. The study aims to improve the relationship a faculty member with graduate students at the College of Education, Qassim University. The descriptive analytical comparative method was adopted. The study population consisted of all graduate students (MA and PhD) at the College of Education, Qassim University at the second semester (372) of the academic year 371438 H. and their number, based on the College data, reaches 294 male and female students; they belong to disciplines: Foundations of Education, Educational Administration, Curriculum and Instruction, Special Education, and Psychology. The study used quota sampling by 20%. A questionnaire was used as an instrument to reveal the reality of the faculty member's relationship with graduate students from the perspective of the students. The qualitative analysis was used to describe this relationship and comparison according to the variables of sex and specialization. The most important results include: 1) The faculty member's relationship of with graduate students in the teaching, research and social aspects is highly achieved. 2) There are statistically significant differences, at 0.05 level, among the responses of the study sample on the reality of the faculty member's relationship with graduate students in the teaching aspect due to sex variable and the differences are in favor of the males. There are no statistically significant differences among the responses of the study sample on the reality of the faculty member's relationship with graduate students in the (research and social aspects and total score) attributable to sex variable. 3) There are no significant differences among the responses of the study sample on the reality of the faculty member relationship's relationship with graduate students in all aspects of the study due to the specialization variable. Main Recommendations: 1) VCR room should be improved at the College of Education to the extent that communication between faculty members and students is close to being live. 2) Faculty members, at Faculty of Education, should be urged to communicate with the students through social media because of the advantages of this effectiveness of communication. 3) The establishment of public events at the College of Education aimed at greater communication between faculty members and students.
