المستخلص: Writing critical reports is one of the top skills in learning the French language. Our students suffer from severe weakness in addition to their lack of motivation towards reading the French language. Information and communication technology has become widely used in learning the French language. From this standpoint, the research aims to employ French electronic journalism to improve the skills of writing critical reports and motivation towards reading the French language, accordingly, the researcher identified the research problem through his teaching the teaching methods' course to the students of the third year, as he noticed the severe weakness in their writing of the critical report and weakness of their motivation towards reading, the same was confirmed by the application of a questionnaire measuring report writing skills.
The researcher examined the literature that dealt with the research topic, and according to it, he prepared a theoretical framework for independent and research variables. Then he prepared the research tools, which include a test that measures the skills of writing a critical report, a questionnaire to measure motivation towards reading, in addition to drafting a study unit consisting of six lessons based on making use of French electronic journalism.
The research sample consists of one experimental group of sixty male and female students from the third year of the Faculty of Education at Minia University. The researcher applied the test and questionnaire on them before teaching the unit he prepared. The researcher taught this unit by taking students to the media lab equipped with computers connected to the Internet so that students could browse French newspapers electronically. The researcher used the cooperative learning strategy to analyze the texts of these newspapers, solve the accompanying exercises and train the students on teamwork in writing the report. After completing the unit teaching, the researcher applied the test and questionnaire again. Analyzing the results statistically gives a positive impact of applying this unit on developing writing skills, motivation towards reading the French language, and the researcher recommends expanding the use of French electronic journalism in teaching the French language, whether in schools or at the university level.

تعد كتابة التقارير النقدية من المهارات العليا لتعلم اللغة الفرنسية والتي يعاني طلابنا من ضعف شديد فيها بالإضافة إلى فتور دافعيتهم نحو قراءة اللغة الفرنسية. وقد أضحت تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات تستخدم على نطاق واسع في تعلم اللغة الفرنسية. ومن هذا المنطلق فإن البحت يهدف إلى توظيف الصحافة الإلكترونية الفرنسية لتحسين مهارات كتابة التقارير النقدية والدافعية نحو قراءة اللغة الفرنسية، وبناء عليه فقد قام الباحث بتحديد مشكلة البحث من خلال عمله بتدريس مقرر طرق التدريس لطلاب الفرقة الثالثة، حيث لاحظ الضعف الشديد في كتابتهم للتقرير النقدي وضعف دافعيتهم نحو القراءة، الشيء ذاته الذي أكده تطبيق استبانة تقيس مهارات كتابة التقرير.
وقد اطلع الباحث على الأدبيات التي عالجت موضوع البحث، وفى ضوئها أعد الإطار النظري للمتغيرات المستقلة والتابعة للبحث. ثم قام بعد ذلك بإعداد أدوات البحث والتي تشمل اختبارا يقيس مهارات كتابة التقرير النقدي، واستبانة لقياس الدافعية نحو القراءة، بالإضافة إلى صياغة وحدة دراسية تتألف من ستة دروس قائمة على الاستفادة من الصحافة الإلكترونية الفرنسية.
وتتكون عينة البحث من مجموعة تجريبية واحدة قوامها ستون طالبا وطالبة من طلاب الفرقة الثالثة بكلية التربية بجامعة المنيا، قام الباحث بتطبيق الاختبار والاستبانة عليهم قبل تدريس الوحدة الدراسية التي أعدها. وقام الباحث بتدريس هذه الوحدة باصطحاب الطلاب لمعمل الوسائل المزود بأجهزة حاسوب متصلة بالإنترنت حتى يتسنى للطلاب تصفح الصحف الفرنسية إلكترونيا. واستخدم الباحث استراتيجية التعلم التعاوني في تحليل نصوص هذه الصحف وحل التمارين المصاحبة لها وتدريب الطلاب على العمل الجماعي في كتابة التقرير. وبعد الانتهاء من تدريس الوحدة قام الباحث بتطبيق الاختبار والاسبانة مرة أخرى. وقد أسفر تحليل النتائج إحصائيا عن الأثر الإيجابي لتطبيق هذه الوحدة على تنمية مهارات كتابة التقرية والدافعية نحو قراءة اللغة الفرنسية، ويوصى الباحث بالتوسع في الاستفادة من الصحافة الإلكترونية الفرنسية في تدريس اللغة الفرنسية سواء في المدارس أو على مستوى الجامعات.
