|b This article aims to analyze the link between perceived organizational support (SOP) and the commitment of human resources. We conducted a quantitative study among Sonatrach employees, we set a sample of 526 employees and executives and the response rate was 78% or 412 individuals. Our results confirm the existence of a positive influence between the SOP and the affective and normative implication and a negative influence between the SOP and the calculated implication.
