المستخلص: تعد القدرة على اتخاذ القرار أمراً مهما لكل فرد ومنهم الطالب الجامعي وبخاصة في ظروف النزوح وعليه يهدف البحث الحالي التعرف على:
- مستوى القدرة على اتخاذ القرار لدى طلبة جامعة الموصل النازحين.
-دلالة الفروق الإحصائية في مستوى القدرة على اتخاذ القرار تبعاً لمتغير تخصص الطالب (علمي – إنساني).
- دلالة الفروق الإحصائية في مستوى القدرة على اتخاذ القرار تبعاً لمتغير الصف الدراسي للطالب (الأول – الرابع).
- دلالة الفروق الإحصائية في مستوى القدرة على اتخاذ القرار تبعاً لمتغير الجنس (ذكور – إناث).
واقتصر البحث على عينة من طلبة جامعة الموصل النازحين والبالغ عددهم (294) طالباً وطالبة.
وتحقيقا لأهداف البحث تم بناء مقياس للتعرف على مستوى القدرة على اتخاذ القرار بصيغة مواقف. وتم التحقق من الخصائص السايكومترية وطبق على عينه البحث الرئيسية وبعد معالجة البيانات بالوسائل الإحصائية المتمثلة بمعامل ارتباط بيروسون والاختبار التائي لعينتين مستقلتين أظهرت النتائج الآتية:
إن أفراد عينة البحث بشكل عام يتمتعون بمستوى من القدرة على اتخاذ القرار فوق الوسط وعدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً في مستوى القدرة على اتخاذ القرار بين الطلبة النازحين تبعاً لمتغير تخصصهم (علمي – إنساني) وكذلك وفق متغير الجنس أيضاً في حين تبين أن مستوى القدرة على اتخاذ القرار لدى طلبة الصف الرابع أعلى من قدرة طلبة الصف الأول على اتخاذ القرار.

The ability to make decisions is important for every individual, including the university student, especially in the circumstances of displacement. The current research aims to identify:
- Level of decision-making capacity among displaced students of the University of Mosul
- Indicate statistical differences in the level of decision-making capacity depending on the student's specialization variable (scientific - human).
- Indication of statistical differences in the level of decision-making capacity according to the class variable of the student (first - fourth).
- Indication of statistical differences in the level of decision-making capacity depending on the gender variable (male-female).
The research was limited to a sample consisting of 294 displaced students of the University of Mosul.
The study built a measure to identify the level of decision-making capacity in the form of positions. It applied the sociometric characteristics to the main research sample post verification. After processing the data statistically using the Pearson correlation coefficient and the subsequent test of two independent samples, it showed the following results:
The members of the research sample generally have a level of ability to make a decision (above middle). There are no statistically significant differences in the level of decision-making capacity among displaced students depending on their specialization variable (scientific and human) as well as gender variable. The level of decision-making capacity of fourth-grade students was found to be higher than that of first-grade students.
