المستخلص: مع بدايات (عام 2020م) واجه العالم كارثة ناجمة عن تفشي عدوى فيروس كورونا المستجد "COVID-19"، وفي ضوء ما طرأ على المؤسسات المجتمعية، بصفة عامة، وعلى المؤسسات التعليمية على وجه الخصوص، من آثار سريعة ومتلاحقة نتيجة تفشي هذا الوباء العالمي، وجب البحث عن تأصيل لنظرية تربوية معاصرة في إدارة جائحة "فيروس كورونا- كيوفيد19 المستجد". وقد تم هذا الأمر حول بناء هذه النظرية التربوية المنشودة من خلال تبني رؤية جديدة في إدارة الكوارث بالمؤسسات التعليمية عن طريق إعداد نماذج محاكاة تكون جاهزة للتعامل مع مثل هذه الكارثة الطارئة (فيروس كورونا المستجد COVID-19)، ومن خلال وجود بعض الصلاحيات في استخداماتها. هذه النماذج تبني من خلال منظومة معلومات ضرورية، يلزم أن تتوافر على مستوى المؤسسات التعليمية، وعلى مستوى الإدارات التعليمية، وعلى مستوى المديريات ووزارة التربية والتعليم، وتسعى إلى نشر الوعي بين أفراده هذه المؤسسات التعليمية، ومن ثم تصبح دليلا على التوعية بالفيروس. اعتمدت فلسفة النظرية التربوية الجديدة لإدارة جائحة فيروس كورونا المستجد على عدة محاور هي تحديد أبعاد، وأفراد إدارة هذه الجائحة ومدى صلاحياتهم، مع تصور الشراكة المقترحة لإدارتها. أيضا اعتمدت هذه النظرية على عدة مبادئ منها: - القيادة الواعية في إدارة جائحة فيروس كورونا COVID-19، وغيرها من الكوارث. - تصور البدائل لمواجهة أزمة هذه الجائحة، مع تحديث المعلومات والمعارف المتخصصة. - التعاون في تنفيذ نماذج المحاكاة في إدارة هذه الجائحة، مع منح الآباء وأولياء الأمور بعض الصلاحيات الضرورية والهامة لصناعة أي قرار صحي يخص الطلاب في هذا المجال. - التدريب المستمر على بناء النماذج المقترحة حول الاكتشاف المبكر لمرضى فيروس كورونا. وبناء عليه، يلزم أن تفكر المؤسسات التعليمية في تدشين وحدة لإدارة فيروس كورونا داخل كل مؤسسة تعليمية، على أن تكون مسئولة عن توفير المعلومات الضرورية الخاصة بهذه الجائحة. كما يلزم البدء في وضع دليل للوقاية من هذا الفيروس، مع العمل على توفيره لدى جميع أفراد المؤسسات التعليمية، وعلى أن يتضمن هذا الدليل التوعية بهذا الفيروس: كيف ينتشر؟، وطرق انتقاله، وأعراضه، والإجراءات الواجب اتخاذها مع المشتبه بإصابتهم بهذا الفيروس.

With the beginnings of (2020), the world faced a catastrophe due to the outbreak of the emerging infection virus "COVID-19". Thus, In light of the rapid and successive effects of the societal institutions in general, and the educational institutions in particular, as a result of the outbreak of this global epidemic, it was necessary to search for a rooting for a contemporary educational theory in the management of the pandemic "Corona Covid-19 virus emerging". This has been done about Establishing this desired educational theory by adopting a new vision in disaster management in educational institutions by preparing models that are ready to deal with such an emergency (COVID-19), And through the presence of some powers in its uses. These models are built through a necessary information system, which is required to be available at the level of educational institutions, at the level of educational departments, at the level of directorates and the Ministry of Education, and seeks to spread awareness among its members of these educational institutions, and then becomes evidence of awareness. The philosophy of the new educational theory for managing the emerging COVID - 19 pandemic virus has been based on several axes: defining the dimensions and personnel of managing this pandemic and the extent of their powers, with the vision of the proposed partnership to manage it. Also, this theory relied on several principles, including: - Conscious leadership in the management of the COVID-19 pandemic, and other disasters. - Visualizing alternatives to face the pandemic crisis, while updating specialized information and knowledge. - Cooperate in implementing simulation models in managing this pandemic, while granting parents and guardians some necessary and important powers to make any health decision regarding students in this field. - Continuous training on establishment of proposed models for early detection of corona virus patients. Accordingly, educational institutions need to consider launching a corona virus management unit within each educational institution, provided they are responsible for providing the necessary information about this pandemic. It is also necessary to start developing a guide to prevent this virus, while working to provide it to all members of educational institutions, and that this guide should include awareness of this virus: how does it spread?, Transmission methods, symptoms, and procedures to be taken with suspected infection.
