The study aimed to determine the communication strategies used in the communication management of Covid-19 crisis through press conference that organized by the World Health Communication, and evaluate the role of WHO at The Covid-19 crisis management through press conferences. The study depended on the survey methodology with analytical method, and the study was applied at a sample of 105 press conferences, it also was conducted within the framework of the situational crisis communication theory (SCCT). The results of the study reveal that: 1- The WHO relied on the strategy of building image and protecting the reputation through the three stages of the Covid-19 crisis. 2- The chairman of WHO was keen to preside on press conferences and presentation all information about Covid-19 crisis development. 3- The organization hasn't concerned with some people groups as elderly people, chronic diseases, children and women. 4- The WHO used interactive tools at the Covid-19 crisis management, especially on rising stage.
