استهدفت الدراسة التعرف على الدور المتوقع من الجامعة في تحقيق أهداف الاستراتيجية الوطنية لتمكين المرأة المصرية 2030، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف فقد استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي من خلال تحليل الأدبيات والدراسات التي تناولت مفهوم تمكين المرأة ومجالاته ومقوماته وكذا التعرف محاور العمل الأربعة التي تضمنتها الاستراتيجية الوطنية لتمكين المرأة المصرية 2030 والأهداف الخاصة بكل محور، ثم اقتراح مجموعة من الأدوار المتوقع أن تؤديها الجامعة للمشاركة في تحقيق أهداف كل محور من المحاور السابقة، وتم عرض قائمة الأدوار المقترحة على مجموعة من الخبراء التربويين للتعرف على آرائهم في مدى مساهمة كل دور من الأدوار المقترحة في تحقيق التمكين المستهدف، ومن خلال التحليل الإحصائي للبيانات توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود نسب اتفاق عالية بين آراء الخبراء التربويين على أن الأدوار المقترحة تسهم بدرجة كبيرة في تحقيق التمكين الخاص بكل محور من المحاور الواردة في الاستراتيجية، وقد قامت الدراسة باقتراح مجموعة من الإجراءات التي يجب أن تتبناها الجامعة في مساعيها للعب الدور المتوقع منها في تحقيق أهداف الاستراتيجية الوطنية لتمكين المرأة المصرية 2030.
The study aimed to identify the expected role of the university in achieving the goals of the national strategy for empowering Egyptian women 2030. To achieve this goal, the study employed the descriptive approach through analyzing the literature dealing with the concept of empowering women and its fields and rectifiers as well as identifying the four work elements included in the national strategy for empowering Egyptian women 2030 ,and the goals for each element, then suggesting a set of roles expected to be performed by the university to participate in achieving the goals of each of the previous elements. Accordingly, a list of proposed roles was presented to a group of educational experts to identify their views on the extent to which each of the proposed roles contributions to achieving the targeted empowerment, and through statistical analysis of the data, the study concluded that there are high agreement ratios among the opinions of educational experts that the proposed roles contributes significantly to achieving the empowerment for each of the elements contained in the strategy. The study proposed a set of procedures that the university should adopt in its endeavors to play the expected role in achieving the goals of the national strategy for empowering Egyptian women 2030.
