المستخلص: لعلنا لا نبالغ إذا قلنا: ليس ثمة مفهوم بقدر إغراقه في التجريد الذي قد يبعث على التقلب في ألوان من التصورات الضبابية، بقدر ما يعد عاملاً كونياً حبي قدرة سحرية على التوليف بين عناصر الكون جمادها وحيها ناطقها وأعجمها، نظير "الإيقاع" le rytheme؛ فلقد استطاعت هذه "الظاهرة/ الخفية" أن توحد في فكر الإنسان، بين أجزاء الطبيعة في انتظامها- وحتى في ندودها- وبين طبائع البشر وسلوكاتهم وآثارهم في حال احتكامهم إلى الأنظمة والقوانين بل وفي أوضاع من الفوضى.
فلم ينفك هذا الإنسان منذ فجر التاريخ يتحرك ثم يسكن، يتكلم ثم يصمت، ثم يولد ثم يموت، ويجري مع الزمن لا يسبقه ولا يخلفه، داخل نظام من المتغيرات متشاكلات ومتقابلات، وهاربات من قاموس المناسبة في طفرة لم تكن مدهشة مغربة لولا لذة تؤثرها الحركات المطردة والصور المتناسقة والأصوات المتناغمة وأن هي إلا صور وأوضاع ترسم خطاطة من البنى والمدارج التي يسلكها الإيقاع وما هي بالإيقاع.


Définir une notion aussi bien qu' elle est caractérisée par son abstraction et son ambiguïté, telle que la notion du rythme, est une tâche qui comporte quelques difficultés, dans la mesure où elle pourrait mener à des déterminations diverses, aussi bien qu' elle se manifeste - parait-il- comme un facteur unifiant l'homme à l'univers, les éléments de la nature aux comportements humains, sous une considération de la valeur dominante d'ordre et de régularité et d'arrangements, mais également dans certains cas d'hétérogénéité et de désordre.

These are only images and situations that draw a line of structures and routes that follow the rhythm and what are in the rhythm.
