|a هدف البحث إلى التعرف على كيفية تحقيق جودة الخدمات التعليمية بجامعة بني سويف في ضوء عوامل النجاح الحاسمة وذلك من خلال عرض للأسس النظرية لجودة الخدمات التعليمية بالجامعات، ومدخل عوامل النجاح الحاسمة وتطبيقاته بالجامعات، وأنشطة تحديد عوامل النجاح الحاسمة لجودة الخدمات التعليمية بالجامعات، واستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي من خلال تناول أنشطة تحديد عوامل النجاح الحاسمة لجودة الخدمات التعليمية بجامعة بني سويف، حيث تم تحديد عوامل النجاح الحاسمة على مستوى الجامعة ككل، وجمع البيانات عنها من خلال مراجعة الوثائق الصادرة عنها، وعقد المقابلات الشخصية مع مديري الإدارات التنفيذية المسئولة عن تقديم الخدمات التعليمية، وتحليل هذه البيانات وعمل قوائم بالأنشطة الداعمة واستطلاع رأي القيـادات الأكاديمية بالجامعة بشأنها وعددهم 256 قيادة أكاديمية بنسبة 27.6% من المجتمع الأصلي، وتوصل البحث إلى اشتقاق عوامل النجاح الحاسمة لتحقيق جودة الخدمات التعليمية بجامعة بني سويف، وهي توفير البنية التحتية الملائمة لتقديم الخدمات التعليمية بالجامعة وصيانتها دوريا، والاهتمام بشكاوى الطلاب ومقترحاتهم حول الخدمات التعليمية المقدمة لهم ووضع الآليات اللازمة لذلك، وتوظيف أدوات تكنولوجيا المعلومات وتقنياتها فـي تقديم الخدمات التعليميـة للطلاب، ووضع خطة لتسويق الخدمات التعليمية داخل الجامعة وخارجها، والاختيـار الأمثل للعاملين المقدمين للخدمات التعليمية وتنميتهم مهنيا، وتحفيزهم لتقديم خدمات تعليمية أفضل، وتدعيم المشاركة المجتمعية من جانب مؤسسات المجتمع المدني ورجال الأعمال في توفير الموارد المالية لتحسين الخدمات التعليمية والبحثية لدى الجامعة، ثم تم وضع آليات تنفيذ كل عامل من هذه العوامل، وعرض لمتطلبات تنفيذها وهي متطلبات تنظيمية، ومادية ومالية، وبشرية، ثم التعرف على معوقات تنفيذ هذه الآليات وسبل التغلب عليها.

|b The research aimed at identifying how to achieve the quality of educational services at Beni Suef University in the light of critical success factors through presenting the theoretical foundations for the quality of educational services in universities, and the approach of critical success factors and its applications in universities, and activities to define critical success factors for the quality of educational services in universities, and the research used the descriptive approach Through studying activities identifying critical success factors for the quality of educational services at Beni Suef University, where critical success factors were identified at the university level as a whole, and collecting data on them by reviewing the documents issued by them and holding personal interviews with Managers of the executive departments responsible for providing educational services, Analyzing this data and making lists of supporting activities and polling the university's academic leaders about them and their number of 256 academic leaders, or 27.6% of the original community. The research reached the derivation of critical success factors to achieve the quality of educational services at Beni Suef University, which is represented in providing the appropriate infrastructure to provide educational services at the university and to maintain them periodically, to pay attention to students' complaints and suggestions about educational services provided to them and to put the necessary mechanisms for that, and to employ information technology tools and techniques in providing services for students, and to develop a plan to market educational services inside and outside the university, And selecting workers who present educational services and their professional development, motivating them to provide better educational services, and supporting community participation by civil society institutions and businessmen in providing financial resources to improve educational and research services at the university, then reaching mechanisms to implement each of these factors, and presented the requirements for their implementation that are organizational, material, financial and human requirements, and then identifying the obstacles to implement these mechanisms and ways to overcome them.
