This article aims to determine the importance of work psychology and organizations in changing Algérian companies. The university training of students in work psychology and organizations, active teaching methods and internship in companies facilitate the integration of young graduates into the company. For a university/ business training adequacy recommendations are possible for the university and Algerian companies. Cet article vise à déterminer l’importance de la psychologie de travail et des organisations dans les entreprises algériennes en mutation. La formation universitaire des étudiants en psychologie de travail et des organisations, les méthodes pédagogiques actives et le stage en entreprise facilitent l’intégration des jeunes diplômés dans l’entreprise. Pour une adéquation formation universitaire/entreprise des recommandations sont envisageables pour l’université et les entreprises algériennes. |
