لا شك أن الصحة عامل أساسي من عوامل النجاح، حيث اليقظة العقلية والصحة البدنية والاستقرار النفسي يعمل على تحقيق أهداف العملية التعليمية، وتعد التربية الصحية وسيلة حيوية هامة من وسائل النهوض بمستوى صحة الفرد والمجتمع، وعلى ذلك لم تعد التربية الصحية مجرد حشو عقول التلاميذ ببعض المعلومات المتعلقة بالصحة والمرض، بل أصبحت عملية تربوية أساسية تستهدف تعديل السلوك وتغيير المفاهيم وإكساب الناس عادات صحية سليمة ترتبط بمفهوم صحي سليم في مختلف مراحل العمر. ففي اليابان، يسعى التعليم الابتدائي إلى اكتساب العادات الأساسية لحياة صحية وحياة سعيدة وصحة بدنية وعقلية، فتوجد مادة إلزامية بعنوان التربية الرياضية وتشمل التربية الصحية، وذلك لإكسابهم حياة صحية سليمة. وتهدف الأنشطة المدرسية إلى تعزيز الصحة المدرسية لدى أطفال التعليم الابتدائي، وفي مصر، يهدف التعليم الابتدائي إلى توفير مقومات الصحة والسلامة الجسدية والنفسية، وتفضل مصر الأخذ بمبدأ الدمج في المقررات وتكمن أهمية الأنشطة في المساعدة على حسن استخدام أوقات الفراغ بما يعود على التلاميذ بالنفع. واستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي، ومن أهداف البحث: 1-التعرف على الأسس النظرية المرتبطة بالتربية الصحية المدرسية. 2-الوقوف على واقع التربية الصحية المدرسية في مصر. 3-التعرف على واقع التربية الصحية المدرسية في اليابان. 4-التوصل إلى مجموعة من الأليات المقترحة لتفعيل التربية الصحية المدرسية بمصر على ضوء الخبرة اليابانية. ومن نتائج البحث: 1-إن المعلم له دورا كبيرا في تشكيل شخصية التلاميذ وتوجيه سلوكهم ومن هنا وجب الاهتمام بإعداد المعلم وتدريبه أثناء الخدمة على الموضوعات الخاصة بالتربية الصحية المدرسية. 2-توجد طريقتين لتقديم التربية الصحية المدرسية: مقررات منفصلة، ومقررات مدمجة ومتكاملة. 3-تعتبر الأنشطة المدرسية بمختلف انواعها من الاليات الهامة حيث يمارسها التلميذ بنفسه ويطبق ما تعلمه من معلمه ومن المقررات الدراسية.
Health education is considered an important part of the overall educational process, school health education is an important means of improving the health of the individual and society. School health education is no longer simply filling the minds of the students with some information related to health and disease. It has become a basic educational process aimed at modifying behavior, changing concepts, Sound in different stages of life. In Japan, primary education seeks to acquire the basic habits of a healthy life, a happy life, and physical and mental health. There is a compulsory subject called Physical Education, which includes health education, in order to give them a healthy and healthy life. School activities aim to enhance school health for primary education children, and in Egypt, primary education aims to provide the elements of health and physical and psychological safety, and Egypt prefers to adopt the principle of inclusion in the decisions and .the importance of activities lies in helping to make good use of spare time for the benefit of students. The research used the descriptive method, and among the research objectives: 1- Identify the theoretical foundations related to school health education. 2- Determining the reality of school health education in Egypt. 3-Identify the reality of school health education in Japan. 4-To arrive at a set of proposed mechanisms to activate school health education in Egypt in the light of Japanese experience. Research results: 1-The teacher is the cornerstone of the educational system and has a significant role in shaping the personality of students and guide their behavior and make them healthy (habits sound, and hence the attention to prepare the teacher and training during the service on topics of school health education 2-There are two ways to provide school health education through courses: separate courses, integrated courses and integrated courses. 3-School activities of all kinds are considered important mechanisms practiced by the student himself and apply what he learned from his teacher and courses
