|a هدفت الدراسة إلى تقييم واقع دور مراكز التدريب المهني التابعة لوزارة التربية والتعليم في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة بالسلطنة في ضوء الاستراتيجية الوطنية للتعليم 2040، والتعرف على تقديرات المتدربين بتلك المراكز حول واقع دور هذه المراكز التدريبية، ولغرض جمع البيانات قامت الباحثة بإعداد أداة للدراسة متمثلة في استبانة استهدفت تقييم واقع دور مراكز التدريب من وجهة نظر المتدربين بمراكز التدريب، وقد تم التثبت من جودة الأداة بحساب معاملات الصدق والثبات، طبقت الدراسة على عينة من المتدربين في خمس مراكز تدريبية بلغ عددهم 256 متدربا في ضوء متغيرات النوع الاجتماعي والوظيفة وسنوات الخبرة والمؤهل العلمي. توصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج منها: تقديرات المتدربين بمراكز التدريب حول واقع دور مراكز التدريب المهني في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة جاء بدرجة كبيرة بمتوسط عام بلغ (3.67)، وتبين عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في تقديرات متدربي مراكز التدريب لواقع دور مراكز التدريب المهني في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة تبعا لمتغيرات النوع الاجتماعي وسنوات الخبرة، بينما كشفت الدراسة وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في تقديرات متدربي مراكز التدريب لواقع دور مراكز التدريب المهني في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة تبعا لمتغيرات الوظيفة والمؤهل العلمي. وأوصت الدراسة ببضع توصيات منها وضع الخطط الإجرائية الفاعلة لمتابعة أثر التدريب على المتدربين في ميدان عملهم على المدى البعيد وعدم الاكتفاء بالتقييم أثناء فترة التدريب فقط. زيادة نسبة المتدربين المستهدفين ببرامج التدريب لإحداث تغيير جذري في ممارساتهم بمهامهم الوظيفية بما يحقق أهداف التنمية المستدامة وتوصيات الاستراتيجية الوطنية للتعليم 2040، وتضمين موضوعات التنمية الاقتصادية والبيئية والاجتماعية بشكل أكبر في محتوى البرامج التدريبية المقدم بمراكز التدريب.

|f The study aimed to assess the reality of the role of the vocational training centres of the Ministry of Education in achieving sustainable development in the Sultanate in light of the National Education Strategy 2040. It also seeks to know the estimates of trainees in these centres in order to earn about the reality of the role of these training centres. The researcher prepared a study tool consisting of a questionnaire aimed at assessing the reality of the role of training centres from the point of view of trainees in training centres in order to collect data. The quality of the tool has been verified by knowing the factors of validity and reliability. The study was applied to a sample consisting of trainees in five training centres, who numbered 256 trainees, in light of the variables of gender, job, years of experience and scientific qualification. The study reached a number of findings, including: \nEstimates of trainees in training centres on the reality of the role of vocational training centres in achieving sustainable development came to a large extent, with an average reaching 3.67. \nThere are no significant differences in the estimates of training centre trainees of the reality of the role of vocational training centres in achieving sustainable development depending on gender variables and years of experience. \nThe study revealed significant differences in the estimates of training centre trainees of the reality of the role of vocational training centres in achieving sustainable development according to variables of job and scientific qualifications. \nThe study made a few recommendations, including the development of effective procedural plans to follow up on the long-term impact of training on trainees in their field and not only evaluation during the training period. It also recommended using the proportion of trainees targeted by training programs to radically change their job practices in order to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals, the recommendations of the National Education Strategy 2040.
