هدفت هذه الدراسة لتقصي دور نظم المعلومات الاستراتيجية في تطوير أداء المنظمات بالتطبيق على شركة النفيدي المحدودة، وقدمت الدراسة من خلال الإطار النظري شرح لماهية نظم المعلومات الاستراتيجية، ومفهوم أداء المنظمات، كما استعرضت بعض الدراسات السابقة وأوضحت وجه الشبه والاختلاف بينها وبين هذه الدراسة، تناولت الدراسة هذا الموضوع من خلال تساؤلات صيغت بناءً عليها الفرضيات التي بنيت عليها الدراسة وهي توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين نظم المعلومات الاستراتيجية وتطوير أداء المنظمات، توجد علاقة بين تحسين مستوى الكفاءة التشغيلية وتطور أداء المنظمات. توجد علاقة بين تشجيع الابتكار في العمل وتطوير أداء المنظمات. توجد علاقة بين بناء موارد المعلومات الاستراتيجية وتطوير أداء المنظمات. وقد توصلت الدراسة لعدة نتائج أهمها تبين وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة الإحصائية (05.0 ≤ a) بين نظام المعلومات الاستراتيجية وتطوير أداء شركة النفيدي المحدودة، كما تبين وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة الإحصائية (05.0 ≤ a) بين تحسين مستوى الكفاءة التشغيلية وتطوير أداء شركة النفيدي المحدودة، وأيضا تبين وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة الإحصائية (05.0 ≥ a) بين تشجيع الابتكار في العمل وتطوير أداء شركة النفيدي المحدودة، كما تبين وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة الإحصائية(05.0≥ a) بين بناء موارد المعلومات الاستراتيجية وتطوير أداء شركة النفيدي المحدودة. وأوصت الدراسة بعدة توصيات أهمها: إنشاء إدارة خاصة بنظم المعلومات الاستراتيجية. العمل على ترسيخ مفهوم المعلومات الاستراتيجية بين العاملين. التخطيط على المدى الطويل وفق معطيات نتائج تقارير نظم المعلومات الاستراتيجية
This study aimed to investigate the role of strategic information systems in developing the performance of organizations by applying to Al- Nafidi Company Limited, and the study provided through the theoretical framework an explanation of what is strategic information systems, and the concept of organizations' performance, also reviewed some previous studies and clarified the similarities and differences between them and this study, the study addressed This topic is based on questions formulated on the basis of the hypotheses upon which the study was based. There is a statistically significant relationship between strategic information systems and organizational performance development. There is a relationship between improving the level of operational efficiency and developing the performance of organizations. There is a relationship between encouraging innovation at work and developing organizational performance. There is a relationship between building strategic information resources and developing organizational performance. The study reached several results, the most important of which was the presence of a statistically significant relationship at the level of statistical significance (α ≤ 0.05) between strategic information systems and the development of the performance of Al-Nafidi Company Limited, as it was found that there was a statistically significant relationship at the level of statistical significance (α ≤ 0.05) between improving the level Operational efficiency and development of the performance of Al-Nafidi Company Limited, and also showed a statistically significant relationship at the level of statistical significance (α ≤ 0.05) between encouraging innovation in work and developing the performance of Al Nafidi Company Limited, as it was found that there is a statistically significant relationship at the level of statistical significance (α ≤ 0.05) Between building the resource Alomat strategy and develop the performance of Alinvada Company Limited. The study recommended several recommendations, the most important of which are 1 / Establishing a special department for strategic information systems. 2 / Working to establish the concept of strategic information among workers. 3 / Long-term planning according to the data of the results of strategic information systems reports.
