المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى تحديد درجة وعي معلمات رياض الأطفال بحقوق الطفل (حق اللعب، حق المساواة وتكافؤ الفرص، حق الحماية، حق الرعاية الصحية، حق حرية التعبير والاستماع، حق المشاركة) في مدينة جدة على مستوى التطبيق بناءً على متغير المؤهل العلمي وسنوات الخبرة والدورات التدريبية. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي كما استخدمت الاستبانة لجمع البيانات، وقد تكونت الاستبانة من (٤٥) عبارة توزعت على ستة محاور وطبقت على (١٢٧) معلمة من معلمات رياض الأطفال في مدينة جدة تم اختيارهن بطريقة عشوائية. للإجابة عن أسئلة الدراسة استخدمت الباحثة مجموعة من الأساليب الإحصائية الوصفية والاستدلالية وهي: التكرارات والنسب المئوية والمتوسطات الحسابية والانحراف المعياري واختبار "ت" لمتوسطين مستقلين، واختبار تحليل التباين الأحادي، ومعامل ارتباط بيرسون، وقد كشفت نتائج هذا التحليل الإحصائي إلى عدد من النتائج من أهمها: 1- بلغ المتوسط الحسابي العام لوعي معلمات رياض الأطفال بحقوق الطفل على مستوى التطبيق (٢٥٨ من ٣) ما يشير إلى أنهن يحققنها دائماً. 2- أن معلمات الروضة قد حققن على مستوى التطبيق ٤٥ مؤشراً تقع جميعها ضمن الفئة الوسطى التي تتراوح متوسطاتها بين (١٦٧ – 2.33). 3- حققن المعلمات أعلى خمسة حقوق على مستوى التطبيق وهي: الرعاية الصحية، المساواة وتكافؤ الفرص، المشاركة، حرية التعبير والاستماع، اللعب والحرية. 4- لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائياً عند مستوى 0.05 بين المتوسطات الحسابية لممارسة أفراد عينة الدراسة من معلمات رياض الأطفال في الروضات بمدينة جدة لحقوق الطفل وفق متغير المؤهل العلمي.

The current study aimed to determine the degree kindergarten teachers awareness about children's rights (the right to play, the right to equality and equal opportunities, the right to protection, the right to health care, the right to freedom of expression and listening, the right to participate) in the city of Jeddah at the application level based on the variable of the educational qualification and years of experience and courses Training. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the descriptive analytical method and the questionnaire was used to collect data. The questionnaire consisted of (45) terms distributed on six axes and applied to (127) female kindergarten teachers in the city of Jeddah who were randomly selected. To answer the study's questions, the researcher used a set of descriptive and inferential statistical methods, which are: frequencies, percentages, arithmetic mean, standard deviation and T-test for independent meaners, mono-variance analysis test, and Pearson correlation coefficient. The results of this statistical analysis revealed a number of results, the most important of which are: 1- The mean of the kindergarten teachers' awareness of children's rights at the application level (2.58 out of 3) indicates that they always achieve them. 2- Kindergarten teachers have achieved 45 indicators at the application level, all of which fall within the middle category whose averages range between (1.67-2.33). 3- The teachers achieved the top five rights at the application level: health care, equality and equal opportunities, participation, freedom of expression and listening, play and freedom. 4- There are no statistically significant differences at the level of 0.05 between the arithmetic averages for the practice of members of the study sample from kindergarten teachers in Al-Rawdhah in Jeddah city for children's rights according to the variable of the educational qualification.
