المستخلص: هدفت هذه الدراسة لمعرفة أثر حوكمة الجامعات بأبعادها الثلاث المتمثلة في الشفافية والمساءلة والمشاركة على الأداء الوظيفي للأستاذ الجامعي، وقد تم إتباع المنهج الوصفي الذي يتناسب مع طبيعة الموضوع، مع الاعتماد على البحث المكتبي والإلكتروني، وتدعيم ذلك بدراسة حالة بكلية العلوم الاقتصادية والتجارية وعلوم التسيير بجامعة المسيلة بالاعتماد على استمارة بحث لقياس أثر تطبيق حوكمة الجامعات على الأداء الوظيفي للأستاذ الجامعي، حيث تم توزيع الاستبيان على عينة مكونة من 76 أستاذ جامعي من الكلية المذكورة، وبعد التحليل باستخدام SPSS توصلت الدراسة إلى أنه لكل بعد من أبعاد حوكمة الجامعات تأثير إيجابي مباشر على الأداء الوظيفي للأستاذ الجامعي.

This study aimed to know the impact of universities governance with its three dimensions represented in Transparency, Questioning and Participation, upon the Functional Performance of the university teacher. The descriptive approach, which is appropriate to the nature of the topic, has been followed, depending on libraries and electronic research. In addition, the research was supported by a case study in the faculty of Economics, commercial sciences, and management sciences at the University of M’sila relying on a questionnaire to mesure the impact of applying the governance of universities upon the Functional performance of the university teacher. The questionnaire was distributed on a Sample composed of 76 teachers in the mentioned faculty. After the Analysis of the data using SPSS .the study arrived to the result that each of the three dimensions of universities governance has direct positive impact on the Functional performance of the university teacher.

Cette étude vise à identifier l’impact de la gouvernance des universités sur les trois dimensions de la transparence, de la responsabilité et de la participation au rendement universitaire du professeur d’université. L’approche descriptive adaptée à la nature du sujet , renforcée par l'étude d'un cas dans la faculté des sciences économiques et de gestion à l'Université de M'sila, sur la base d'un formulaire de recherche visant à mesurer l'impact de l'application de la gouvernance d'université sur la performance du professeur d'université, le questionnaire a été distribué à un échantillon de 76 professeurs d'université appartenant au collège susmentionné. NH pour chaque dimension des universités de gouvernance, un impact positif direct sur la fonctionnalité du professeur d'université.
