520 |a في ظل بيئة متغيرة، لا يمكن للمؤسسات أن تحافظ على مركزها التنافسي إلا إذا امتلكت نظاما لليقظة الاستراتيجية من جهة، وتمكنت من تفعيل نظام المعلومات الاستراتيجية وتوجيهه نحو خدمة أهدف هذا النظام من جهة ثانية. وتحقيقا لأهداف البحث، بنينا مخططا فرضيا يحدد طبيعة العلاقة والأثر بين متغيرات البحث، فانبثقت عنه فرضيتان رئيسيتان. وتم الحصول على المعلومات الميدانية من خلال استمارة استبانة أعدت لهذا الغرض، ووزعت على عينة عمدية مكونة من 65 فردا من مسؤولي مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر والوكالات التجارية (جيزي، اوريدو) لولايتي المدية والبويرة. واختتم البحث بجملة استنتاجات وتوصيات يمكنها المساهمة في تطوير نظامي المعلومات الاستراتيجية واليقظة الاستراتيجية.
