520 |a سعت الدراسة إلى توضيح مفهوم الشرف والعرض من منظور ثقافي وان القتل وإزهاق الروح لقيام الفتاة بعمل مشين كما تراها منظومة العرف والثقافة العائلية ووصفها بالانحراف، وان شرف العائلة مرتبط بغشاء البكارة عند الفتاة. كما هدفت الدراسة إلى توضيح المصطلحات والمفاهيم لآلية الصلح العشائري وحل النزاعات في فلسطين فيما يتعلق بقضايا العرض والشرف الخاصة بالمرأة وذلك لتقديم مادة للقراء والكتاب والباحثين لتنمية معلوماتهم حول الإصلاح بالعرف والعادة والتعريف بإجراءات الإصلاح العشائري والتعرف على واقع الصلح العشائري في فلسطين، كذلك تفهم واقع مشاركة المرأة العاملة في مجالات الحياة العصرية ووضع الحلول للمشاكل التي تواجهها من قذف وشتم وتشويه سمعة باستخدام شبكة الأنترنت ووسائل الاتصال الحديثة. اتبع الباحث المنهج الوصفي لدراسة واقع الصلح العشائري في منطقتي الخليل وبيت لحم وجنوب فلسطين والجانب التحليلي للدور الذي يقوم به رجالات الإصلاح, واعتمد الباحث المقابلة الشخصية كأداة للبحث, فيما يتعلق بقضايا العرض والشرف. شمل مجتمع الدراسة رجالات الإصلاح ووجهاء العشائري الذين تكررت أسماؤهم في الصحف والمجلات والإذاعات والتلفزة المحلية من خلال التوقيع على صكوك التحكيم وسندات العطاوي والجاهات, وتكونت عينة الدراسة من أحد عشر شخصا من رجالات الإصلاح. توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من المؤشرات أهمها: أن الصلح العشائري شدد على قضايا المرأة فيما يتعلق بالشرف والعرض واعتبرها كبيرة جدا مقابل قضايا القتل للرجل-الكبيرة-العرض- تأكل الصغيرة- 
520 |b The study seeks to clarify the concept of honour from a cultural perspective and that murder and deprivation of the soul for a girl for committing a disgraceful work as seen by the system of custom, family culture and described by deviation, and that the family honor is linked to the hymen of the girl. The study also aims at clarifying the terminology and concepts of the tribal reconciliation mechanism and the resolution of disputes in Palestine regarding the issues of honor for women in order to provide material for readers, writers and researchers to develop their knowledge about reform and custom, As well as understanding the reality of the participation of working women in the areas of modern life and the development of solutions to the problems faced by defamation and insulting and defaming the reputation of using the internet and modern means of communication. The researcher followed the descriptive approach to study the reality of tribal reconciliation in the Hebron, Bethlehem and southern Palestine regions and the analytical aspect of the role played by men of reform. The interviewer adopted the personal interview as a research tool regarding the issues of presentation and honor. The study community included reformists and clan elders whose names were repeated in the local newspapers, magazines, radio and television channels through the signing of arbitration instruments, al-Atawi and Al-Ta'wa. The study sample consisted of eleven reformists. The study reached a number of indicators. That tribal reconciliation stressed the issues of women in terms of honor and presentation and considered very large in exchange for murder cases of man - the large - supply - eat small - blood - like a bridge built between the clans. *When a woman is subjected to assault by a man, whether verbal or physical sexual harassment is doubly in her cultural heritage because the honor of the family is linked to sexual abstinence. *The harm to the sanctity of the woman's body inflicts shame on the entire family.
