المستخلص: The problem of this research lies in the existence of shortcomings and difficulties among students of the College of Education in understanding the oral text. It induced the use of information and communication technology in teaching and learning this skill. In this context, the current research aims to measure the impact of a proposed program based on blended learning in developing written and oral production among students of the College of Education. Blended learning combines traditional learning using group collaborative learning and e-learning through the use of an educational platform (educational model). The study relied on a one experimental group design, and the quantitative and qualitative analysis of the results of the current study highlighted a significant impact of the proposed program in developing the target skills of the study sample. تكمن مشكله هذا البحث في وجود قصور وصعوبات لدى طلاب كلية التربية في فهم النص الشفهي. وقد أحدث استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات واتصال في تعليم وتعلم هذه المهارة وفي هذا الإطار هدف البحث الحالي إلى قياس أثر برنامج مقترح قائم على التعلم المدمج في تنمية الانتاج الكتابي والشفهي لدى طلاب كلية التربية. ويجمع التعلم المدمج بين التعلم التقليدي باستخدام التعلم التعاوني الجماعي والتعلم الالكتروني من خلال استخدام منصة تعليميه (موديل تعليمي). واعتمدت الدراسة على التصميم التجريبي ذو المجموعة الواحدة، ولقد أبرز التحليل الكمي والكيفي لنتائج الدراسة الحالية أثرا دالا للبرنامج المقترح في تنمية المهارات المستهدفة لدى عينة الدراسة.

La problématique de la présente recherche est liée aux difficultés qu'éprouvent les étudiants de la faculté de pédagogie à comprendre un message oral. Cette compétence doit gagner du terrain dans l'apprentissage des langues grâce aux nouvelles.- technologies. À cet égard, la présente 'recherche quasi expérimentale consistait à évaluér l'efficacité d'un programme basé sur l'apprentissage hybride pour le développèment des compétences de la compréhension orale. Deux types de cours ont été conçus : l'un en présentiel s'appuyant sur un apprentissage en dyade et l'autre à distance incarné pár l'usage d'une plateforme Moodle dans un environnement technopédagogique.. L'analyse quantitative et qualitative des résultats a montré un effet significatif du programme proposé sur le développement des compétences visées. C'est pourquoi nous recommandons ce type du programme basé sur l'apprentissage hybride afin de développer et de mettre en euvre les autres compétences..
