المستخلص: هدف البحث إلى تقدير درجة توفر معايير ضمان الجودة في برنامج إعداد معلم الصف في كلية التربية-جامعة دمشق من وجهة نظر الطلبة المتوقع تخرجهم، وتعرف الفروق بين إجابات أفراد عينة البحث على الاستبيان تبعا لمتغيري: (الجنس، نوع الشهادة الثانوية)، ووضع تصور مقترح لبرنامج إعداد معلم الصف في كلية التربية-جامعة دمشق قائم على معايير ضمان الجودة في ضوء نتائج الدراسة. وتكونت عينة البحث من (287) طالبا وطالبة من الطلبة المتوقع تخرجهم من قسم معلم الصف في كلية التربية جامعة دمشق. ولتحقيق هدف البحث صممت استبانة مكونة من ستة محاور احتوت (42) فقرة، اعتمد البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. وأظهرت النتائج أن درجة توفر معايير ضمان الجودة في برنامج إعداد معلم الصف في كلية التربية-جامعة دمشق كما يراها الطلبة الخريجين في مجالات الاستبانة جاءت بدرجة متوسطة، كما تبين وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات إجابات أفراد عينة البحث تبعا لمتغير نوع الشهادة الثانوية لصالح طلبة الشهادة الثانوية العلمية، في حين لم توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطات درجات إجابات أفراد عينة البحث تبعا لمتغير الجنس.

The aim of the research is to estimate the degree of availability of quality assurance standards in teacher preparation programs in elementary education in Damascus University from the viewpoint of students expected to undergraduate. The differences between the answers of the respondents to the questionnaire are defined according to two variables: (gender, type of secondary certificate, and developing a proposed vision for the class teacher preparation program at the Faculty of Education-Damascus University based on criteria for quality assurance in the light of the study results. The research sample consisted of (287) male and female students, who are expected to undergraduate from elementary education department at University of Damascus. To achieve the aim of the research, a questionnaire was designed consisting of six axes, containing (42) items, the research adopted the descriptive analytical method. The results showed that the degree of availability of quality assurance standards in the classroom preparation program at the Faculty of Education, University of Damascus, as seen by graduate students in the areas of the questionnaire, came at an average degree, it was also found that there are statistically significant differences between the mean scores for the answers of the members of the research sample according to the variable of the type of secondary certificate in favor of students of the secondary scientific certificate, while there were no statistically significant differences between the mean scores for the answers of the members of the research sample according to the gender variable.
