المستخلص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تقدير درجة توفر معايير ضمان الجودة في برنامج إعداد معلم التربية الخاصة في جامعة الأميرة نورة بنت عبد الرحمن من وجهة نظر الطلبة المتوقع تخرجهم، إضافة إلى معرفة أثر المعدل التراكمي في معرفة هذه الدرجة. وقد اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المسحي، واستخدمت الدراسة الاستبانة أداة لتحقيق أهدافها، وتكونت هذه الاستبانة من (59) فقرة، توزعت على ستة مجالات هي: أهداف البرنامج، والمنهاج، وطرق التدريس، وتقويم الطلبة، والمرافق والتجهيزات، والتربية العلمية، وقد طبقت الاستبانة على جميع أفراد مجتمع الدراسة، والذي تألف من جميع الطلبة المتوقع تخرجهم في قسم التربية الخاصة في كلية التربية في جامعة الأميرة نورة بنت عبد الرحمن وعددهم (110) طالبه، استجاب منهن 70طالبة. وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (a=0.05) بين متوسطات أفراد عينة الدراسة حول تقديرهم لدرجة توفر معايير ضمان الجودة في برنامج إعداد معلم التربية الخاصة في جامعة الأميرة نورة بنت عبد الرحمن تعزى لمتغير المعدل التراكمي، وجاءت لصالح (جيدا جدا فأعلى). وقد أوصت الدراسة بما يلي: \\\\ -ضرورة إعادة النظر في برنامج إعداد معمم التربية الخاصة في جامعة الأميرة نورة بنت عبد الرحمن بما يتناسب ومعايير ضمان الجودة المحلية والعالمية. \\\\ -توظيف معايير ضمان الجودة في مكونات وعناصر برنامج إعداد معلم التربية الخاصة كأسلوب إداري حديث، يسهم في تطويرها.

This study aimed to assess the degree of availability of quality in the preparation of special education teacher at the University of Princess Noura Abdul Rahman girl from the viewpoint of students expected to graduate program assurance standards, in addition to knowledge of the impact of the cumulative average knowledge in this class. The study was descriptive method survey was done, the study used the questionnaire tool to achieve their goals, and formed the resolution of (59) items distributed on six areas: the goals of the program, curriculum, teaching methods, and evaluation of students, facilities and equipment, and practical education, it has applied questionnaire on All members of the study population, which consisted of all students expected to graduate in the Department of Special Education in the College of Education at the University of Princess Noura Abdul Rahman girl and the number (110) students, 70 of whom responded to a student. The study results showed a statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0,05 = a) between the mean study sample about their appreciation for the degree of availability of quality assurance standards in the preparation of special education teacher at the University of Princess Noura girl Abdul Rahman due to the variable cumulative GPA program, and came in favor of (very well and above). The study recommended the following: \\\\ - Need to reconsider the special education teacher preparation program at the University of Princess Noura Abdul Rahman girl commensurate with the standards of the local and global quality assurance. \\\\ - Employment of quality assurance in the components and elements of special education as a way of administrative teacher preparation program modern standards, contributing to its development.
