تهدف من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور تطوير الكفاءات كمدخل أساسي للتميز في أداء المنظمات في ظل اقتصاد المعرفة وما يفرضه من تحديات. استخدمت الدراسة استمارة للاستبيان كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات، وشملت عينة الدراسة إطارات شركة الإسمنت عين التوتة، أما التحليل فقد أجري على 114 استمارة. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى جملة من النتائج أهمها: - يلعب الاستثمار في رأس المال البشري وتطوير الكفاءات دودا في تحقيق الأداء المتميز بشركة الإسمنت. - وجود أثر ذو دلالة معنوية لتطوير الكفاءات البشرية في تحقيق الأداء المتميز عند مستوى(0.05≥α). As organizations strive to excel in their performance and continue in the new business environment, it has adopted various contemporary policies and approaches to excellence of performance by focusing on investing in their human resources and developing their competencies. Competencies development is one of the most important contemporary trends in investment, development and activation of human capital in organizations, through the promotion of behaviors, knowledge and experiences towards development and continuous learning. The components of human competency are represented in knowledge, practice, behavior, traits, motivation and self-concept; they are the pillars of achieving excellence in the performance of organizations through innovation, technology control, as well as rapid response to change requirements. Through this study we aim to identify the role of competency development, as an essential input for excellence in organizational performance in the knowledge economy and its challenges. On this basis we can subtract the following problem: -What is the role of competencies development in achieving excellence performance in cement company Ain touta- Batna? And how How affects the different entrances for development individual and collective competencies in achieving levels of excellence in the Cement Company Ain Touta- Batna? Based on the problematic study in order to answer the questions, we will be based on the following assumptions: 1- There is a role of human competencies development in achieving the excellent performance in the company under study. 2 - The various approaches of management and development individual or collective competencies contribute to achieving levels of excellence in the performance of the Cement Company Ain Touta- Batna. The study was addressed through three axes. First, we give an overview of the excellent performance of the organizations, and focus on the second axis on developing human competencies as the basis for achieving excellence. In the third axis, To get in the third axis to the reality of the company's human competencies development and its role in achieving excellent performance through presentation and analysis of data obtained. The study reached a number of results: - The development of competencies play a role in achieving the excellent performance in the Cement Company Ain Touta-Batna. - The development of individual or collective competencies, clearly contributes to achieving excellence in the performance of the Cement Company Ain Touta-Batna by raising efficiency, effectiveness and value creation. - The knowledge, skills and experience gained from development programs contribute to achieving levels of excellence in performance in the Cement Company Ain Touta- Batna. - There is a significant effect of competence development to achieve excellent performance at a level (0.05≥α). - There is a significant effect of different approaches and ways to develop human competencies in achieving excellent performance at a level (0.05≥α). |
