المستخلص: يقدم هذا البحث تقييم الدور الاقتصادي لقطاع الخدمات كأحد القطاعات الرئيسية المشاركة في الناتج المحلي الإجمالي بجمهورية مصر العربية نظرا لأهمية قطاع الخدمات في العصر الحديث في دعم الاقتصاد والارتقاء بالأمم كنتيجة لثورة التقنية الجديدة في مجال تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات، وقد تم في هذا البحث الوقوف على القيمة الاقتصادية المضافة من قطاع الخدمات في الناتج المحلي الإجمالي بجمهورية مصر العربية خلال الأعوام من 2011 إلى 2018 التي شملتها الدراسة، كما تم حساب النسب المئوية السنوية لمساهمة قطاع الخدمات في الناتج المحلي الإجمالي والتي تبين أنها لم تنخفض عن 47.9% من إجمالي الناتج المحلي بجمهورية مصر العربية وذلك في العام 2012 بقيمة قدرها 122.145 مليار دولار، وقد تبين من خلال السنوات التي شملتها الدراسة من 2011 إلى 2018 أن نسبة مساهمة قطاع الخدمات القصوى قد بلغت 55.7% بقيمة قدرها 185.0911 مليار دولار وذلك في العام 2017، وهذا يبين الأهمية النسبية لأثر قطاع الخدمات في الناتج المحلي الإجمالي بجمهورية مصر العربية بالمقارنة بالقطاعات الإنتاجية الأخرى (قطاع الزراعة وقطاع الصناعة)، كما بين البحث التدفقات الاستثمارية في العديد من القطاعات الهامة بالاستثمار في المجال السياحي والمجال التمويلي ومجال الاتصالات وتكنولوجيا المعلومات وقطاع الخدمات الأخرى، كما تم تقييم التدفقات الاستثمارية بقطاع الخدمات بالمقارنة بإجمالي التدفقات الاستثمارية الكلية بجمهورية مصر العربية والذي تبين من خلال المقارنة أن نسبة التدفقات الاستثمارية في قطاع الخدمات لم تقل عن 31% من إجمالي التدفقات الاستثمارية الكلية وذلك في العام 2011، بينما بلغت أقصى نسبة للتدفقات الاستثمارية في قطاع الخدمات بالمقارنة بالتدفقات الاستثمارية الكلية بمصر 70% في العام 2012، كما تم في هذا البحث التقييم الاقتصادي لما تم إنجازه من استثمارات جديدة مضافة في قطاع الخدمات في الفترة من العام 2014 والتي انتهى البعض منها بالفعل والبعض متوقع انتهاؤه في العام 2020 والتي تمثل قيمة مضافة للعديد من الأنشطة الخدمية بجمهورية مصر العربية، كما تم بهذا البحث تقييم الميزان التجاري بقطاع الخدمات من خلال قيمة عائد التصدير وتكلفة الاستيراد والذي تبين من المتوسط العام لسنوات الدراسة من 2011 إلى 2018 وجود قيمة إيجابية اقتصادية مضافة في الميزان التجاري بما يعادل 4570.88 مليون دولار، كما قدم هذا البحث تحليلا لأهمية قطاع الخدمات في توفير فرص عمل ودعم خفض البطالة حيث بين أن نسبة العاملين في قطاع الخدمات تمثل كحد أدنى 47% في العام 2014 بعدد وظائف وقدرها 13.01 مليون وظيفة، كما قدم قطاع الخدمات نسبة 49% بإجمالي عدد وظائف 14.71 مليون وظيفة، في العام 2018، وذلك بالمقارنة بفرص العمل المتاحة بكافة القطاعات الإنتاجية بالدولة.

This research presents an evaluation of the economic role of the services sector as one of the main sectors participating in the gross domestic product in the Arab Republic of Egypt in view of the importance of the services sector in the modern era in supporting the economy and advancing nations as a result of the new technology revolution in the field of information and communications technology, and in this research was to stand on the economic value Added from the services sector in the gross domestic product in the Arab Republic of Egypt during the years from 2011 to 2018 covered by the study, and the annual percentages of the contribution of the services sector in the gross domestic product were calculated and they were not found Less than 47.9% of the gross domestic product in the Arab Republic of Egypt, in the year 2012 at a value of 122.145 billion dollars, and it was found through the years covered by the study from 2011 to 2018 that the proportion of the contribution of the maximum services sector has reached 55.7% with a value of 185.0911 billion dollars in The year 2017, and this shows the relative importance of the impact of the services sector on the gross domestic product in the Arab Republic of Egypt compared to other productive sectors (agriculture and industrial sectors), as the research showed investment flows in many important sectors by investing in the tourism field, the financing field, the communications field, and techno In terms of information and other services sector, investment flows in the services sector were also evaluated compared to the total total investment flows in the Arab Republic of Egypt, which showed by comparison that the proportion of investment flows in the services sector was not less than 31% of the total investment flows in the year 2011, while it reached The maximum percentage of investment flows in the services sector compared to the total investment flows in Egypt is 70% in the year 2012, as was the economic evaluation of what was added of new added investments in the services sector in the period of the year 2014 which ended some There are already some of them and some are expected to end in the year 2020, which represents an added value for many service activities in the Arab Republic of Egypt, as was the evaluation of the trade balance in the services sector through the value of the export return and the cost of import, which showed from the general average of the study years from 2011 to 2018 that there is value Positive economic added in the balance of trade, equivalent to $4.570.88 million.
