This research aims at investigating the levels of organizational justice dimensions as perceived by the employees in the work environment and its effect on leader-member exchange (LMX) (from both perspectives: subordinates and leaders) as well as knowing to what extent the employees are willing to withdraw from Ain Shams university. Data was collected using a self-administered structured questionnaire from a sample of 424 (subordinates and leaders). Multiple linear regression analysis, Mann-Whitey U test, Kruskal-Wallis and Wilcoxon Signed Rank utilized in this research to test the hypothesized relationships. It can be concluded that according to the study sample results, there is positive significant effect of the organizational justice on the leader-member exchange. Besides, there is negative effect of the organizational justice on the withdrawal behaviors.
