هدف البحث الحالي إلى إعداد مقياس لتحديد أوجه الضعف والقصور في التواصل الاجتماعي لدى الأطفال التوحدين، والتحقق من مؤشرات الصدق والاتساق الداخلي والثبات للمقياس بالإضافة إلى صدق المقدرين. وتكونت عينة البحث من (30) ثلاثين من الأمهات اللائي لديهن أطفالا يعانون من اضطراب التوحد بمركز التوحد لرعاية المعاقين بمنطقة مشرف بمحافظة حولي بدولة الكويت. وتم حساب دلالات مؤشرات صدق مقياس التواصل الاجتماعي للأطفال التوحديين بطرق: صدق المحكمين، والصدق العاملي، وصدق المقدرين. كما تم حساب دلالات مؤشرات الاتساق الداخلي للمقياس عن طريق إيجاد معاملات الارتباط بين درجات كل عبارة من عبارات المقياس والدرجات الكلية للبعد وكذلك المقياس ككل ومستوى دلالتها. وتم حساب دلالات مؤشرات ثبات المقياس بطريقتي ألفا كرونباخ وإعادة التطبيق. وقد أوضحت النتائج أن مقياس التواصل الاجتماعي للأطفال التوحديين يتمتع بدلالات لمؤشرات القياس الجيد تبرر استخدامه من قبل المتعاملين معهم وخاصة الأمهات في تحديد مظاهر الضعف والقصور في التواصل الاجتماعي للطفل التوحدي. وبناء على أدبيات ونتائج البحث تم وضع مجموعة من التوصيات والمقترحات.
The present research aimed to prepare a scale to identify weaknesses and deficiencies in social communication among autistic children, and to verify the indicators of validity, internal consistency, and reliability of the scale in addition to the validity of the estimators. The research sample consisted of (30) thirty mothers who had children with autism disorder at the Autism Center for Handicapped Care in the Musharraf area in Hawalli Governorate in the State of Kuwait. The significance of the indicators of the validity of the social communication scale for autistic children calculated in ways of the judgments' validity, factorial validity, and the validity of the estimators. The indications of the internal consistency of the scale calculated by finding correlation coefficients between the scores of each item of the scale and the total degrees of the dimensions, as well as the scale as a whole and the level of its significance. The indications of scale reliability calculated using the Alpha Cronbach and the test retest methods. The results indicated that the social communication scale for autistic children has indications of good measurement indicators that justify its use by their mothers, in identifying the weaknesses and deficiencies in the social communication of autistic children. Based on the literature and the results of the research, a set of recommendations and suggestions was implemented.
