تعد المدرسة من أهم المؤسسات الاجتماعية، لذا يجب أن تكون هناك شراكة حقيقية وتكاملية بين البيت والمدرسة حتي تنتج أفرادا ذوي تربية وتعليم وسلوك أكثر فاعلية وإنتاجا، وقد نبعت أهمية الدراسة من كونها تساعد في تحسين فعالية التعاون والاتصال بين المدرسة والأسرة؛ كما سلطت الضوء علي وضع خطط مبرمجة لإشراك أولياء الأمور في المجالات المختلفة؛ كما استخدمت المنهج الوصفي نظرا لملائمتة لطبيعة هذه الدراسة من حيث قدرته علي تزويدنا بالمعلومات الضرورية عن طبيعة الشراكة بين الأسرة والمدرسة ثم متطلبات تعزيز الشراكة بين الأسرة والمدرسة، وقد جاءت نتائج البحث لتؤكد علي أن الشراكات تكون أكثر قوة عندما تشمل علي ثلاثة مكونات رئيسية، تتمثل في: التواصل والاتساق والتعاون وقد تناولت الدراسة عدد من التوصيات: إشراك الآباء بشكل فعال في شؤون المدرسة، وأن يكون الوالدين علي علم بالاستراتيجيات الفعالة لضمان مشاركة أكثر إيجابية، وإعطاءهم الفرصة لفهم جوانب المشاركة المتاحة داخل مدرسة أطفالهم لكي ينخرطوا بشكل كامل؛ كما يجب إعطاء المعلمين التوجيه والدورات التدريبية المناسبة لتهيئتهم للتعامل بشكل إيجابي مع أولياء الأمور.

The study addressed a number of recommendations: to actively involve parents in school affairs, that parents be aware of effective strategies to ensure more positive participation, and give them an opportunity to fully understand the aspects of participation available within their children's school so that they can fully engage; teachers should also be given appropriate guidance and training courses To prepare them to deal positively with parents.
