المستخلص: The solution of information technology increase the organization efficiency and effectiveness and these organizations were awareness the important of this technology to increase competitive advantages and improve performance. Such as this technology the enterprise resource planning and the main core of concept depends on integrate information system and the central data base to all organization requirement from information. The design of enterprise resource planning through the complex software to integrate between operations and functions in organization and this system provide the holistic vision on organization with integrated data base. The success implementation of enterprise resource planning system improve the organization performance and operation efficiency and increase profit and improve account receivable and enhance organization profit and improve the financial ratio (such as short term solvency) and cash flow and financial structure. The financial performance different between organization adopt enterprise resource planning and non-adopted.

تناول البحث مقدمة عن نظام تخطيط موارد المنظمة ثم فوائد نظام تخطيط موارد المنظمة وتنفيذ نظام تخطيط موارد المنظمة ومحددات نجاح نظام تخطيط موارد المنظمة والتطبيق التقليدي لنظام المعلومات ونظام تخطيط موارد المنظمة ومؤشرات الأداء ونظام تخطيط موارد المنظمة ودور المحاسب الإداري.
