Reverse logistics: Is the process of planning, implementing and monitoring the underdeveloped flows of raw materials, In inventories, packaging and finished goods, From the point of manufacture, distribution or use, To a reuse point or a proper disposal point. It is the advantages of reverse logistics: Increase revenue and profit from the sale of goods or services, Increased competitiveness and availability of products or services, Limit the response time to retailers and buyers, Grow experience in troubleshooting, Increase customer satisfaction and loyalty to both retailers and customers. Where reverse logistics practices are involved in return entry gates, reduced return cycle times, reverse logistics systems, re-turn centers, zero return, recovery options, negotiation, out-sourcing of reverse logistics The research also found several results: • The driving forces of the first research hypothesis: economic motivation, compliance with legislation, social responsibility • Some of the crippling forces included in the second hypothesis were found to be significant: lack of information systems, re-verse logistics, financial constraints, high cost, and lack of senior management support. And number of recommendations:
