The purpose: This study seeks to identify the impact of the quality of work life (QWL) on the Psychological Capital for Faculty members Ain Shams University, and in light of global trends to make quality doctrine Guide. Design: Descriptive Analytical Research procedure with An Empirical Study approach questionnaire distributed to 243 Faculty members - Ain Shams University, represents a Propartional sample of the categories of the statists (Faculty members), data collected were analyzed using SPSS 25 Originality/value: This study examines the impact of the quality of work life on psychological capital on four dimensions of quality of life work to indicate which of these dimensions are more affected, and the type of this-effect Findings: It has been shown that quality of work life has good effect on psychological capital
