المستخلص: The purpose: This study seeks to identify the impact of the Psychological Capital on the Achieving Academic Excellence for Faculty members Ain Shams University, and in light of global trends to make quality doctrine Guide. Design: Descriptive Analytical Research procedure with An Empirical Study approach. questionnaire distributed to 243 Faculty members - Ain Shams University, represents a Proportional sample of the categories of the statists (Faculty members), data collected were analyzed using SPSS 25 Originality/ value: This study examines the impact of the psychological capital on Achieving Academic Excellence four dimensions of to indicate which of these dimensions are more affected Findings: It has been shown that psychological capital has good effect on Achieving Academic Excellence
