المستخلص: Because consumption is a behavior, and since development is not only an economic problem, it is complex and if the ultimate goal is to elevate the individual and society materially and morally, and since man is the means of development and purpose, so we inevitably have to consider the development of human consumption behavior. This is the problem in the behavior of every Egyptian citizen. This behavior reflects the Egyptian culture of ideas, beliefs and values that lead to this behavior. People behind the products of international brands with the thought stemming from the culture of Western thought to the culture of moderate consumption commensurate with the economy of Egypt as a census of developing countries. I have devoted my studies to be closer to representing the reality we live in to study one of the most important factors affecting consumption patterns, namely the declaration of this effect Durham in changing the desires and needs of members of society.
