المستخلص: The researchers discussed, within the first chapter, the scientific and technological advances that are distinguished in all areas of life, and considering the field of physical education as one of the most prominent areas of human knowledge that is developing and still evolving on the foundations and principles of its scientific research, and the role and importance of the teaching profession ethics and the extent of the presence of intellectual creativity among teachers And physical education teachers in Babil Governorate. The study aimed to: 1- Learn about the ethics of the teaching profession in terms of the intellectual creativity of male and female teachers of physical education in Babil Province. 2- Learn about the correlation between the ethics of the teaching profession and intellectual creativity among teachers and teachers of physical education in Babil Province. 3- Disclosing the proportions of the contribution of intellectual creativity in the teaching profession ethics to male and female teachers of physical education in Babil Governorate. As for the third chapter, the descriptive method was used in the method of survey and reciprocal studies (comparison and correlation) and predictive, as the research community included teachers in the province of Babel and the research sample was chosen by (100) singles distributed to schools by (50) teachers and (50) schools. Through the results of the statistical analysis of the data and the study of variables, conclusions were reached, the most important of which are significant differences in profession ethics and intellectual creativity among teaching cadres, and there are significant differences between males and females in profession ethics and intellectual creativity. The researchers have concluded the following-: 1- Educational cadres in the Babil Governorate Center for males enjoy a high level of professional ethics, intellectual creativity. 2- There are real differences in the ethics of the profession. Intellectual creativity between middle and high school and middle school teachers in Babil Province.

تطرقا الباحثان ضمن الباب الأول إلى ما يتميز به هذا العصر من تقدم علمي وتكنولوجي في جميع مجالات الحياة وباعتبار مجال التربية الرياضية أحد أبرز مجالات المعرفة الإنسانية التي تتطور ومازالت تتطور على أسس ومبادئ عمادها البحث العلمي وإلى دور وأهمية أخلاقيات مهنة التدريس ومدى تواجد الابداع الفكري لدى مدرسي ومدرسات التربية الرياضية في محافظة بابل. هدفت الدراسة إلى:- 1- التعرف على أخلاقيات مهنة التدريس بدلالة الابداع الفكري لدى مدرسي ومدرسات التربية الرياضية في محافظة بابل. 2- التعرف على العلاقة الارتباطية بين أخلاقيات مهنة التدريس الابداع الفكري لدى مدرسي ومدرسات التربية الرياضية في محافظة بابل. 3- الكشف عن نسب مساهمة الابداع الفكري في أخلاقيات مهنة التدريس لدى مدرسي ومدرسات التربية الرياضية في محافظة بابل. أما ضمن الباب الثالث فقد استخدم المنهج الوصفي بأسلوب المسح والدراسات المتبادلة (المقارنة والارتباطية) والتنبؤية، كما اشتمل مجتمع البحث على المدرسين والمدرسات في محافظة بابل وتم اختيار عينة البحث بواقع (100) مفردة توزعوا على المدارس بواقع (50) مدرس و (50) مدرسة. ومن خلال ما أفرزته نتائج التحليل الإحصائي للبيانات ودراسة المتغيرات تم التوصل إلى استنتاجات أهمها هناك فروق معنوية في أخلاقيات المهنة والابداع الفكري بين الكوادر التدريسية وهناك فروق معنوية بين الذكور والإناث في أخلاقيات المهنة والابداع الفكري. وقد استنتج الباحثون ما يلي:- 1- تتمتع الكوادر التعليمية في مركز محافظة بابل الذكور بمستوى مرتفع من أخلاقيات المهنة الابداع الفكري. 2- وجود فروق حقيقة في أخلاقيات المهنة الابداع الفكري بين مدرسي ومدرسات المدارس المتوسطة والثانوية والإعدادية في محافظة بابل.
