The entrance of the social partnership is one of the most important elements of educational reform and development in many contemporary educational systems. His philosophy is that the school is not the only one responsible for education. The objective of the research is to evaluate the effectiveness of the community partnership in the implementation of school sports activities by answering the following questions: 1- what is the reality of the partnership between the school and the different community organizations? 2- what elements of a community partnership contribute to the implementation of school sports activities? 3- what are the obstacles to the implementation of school sports activities in light of the community partnership? The researcher used the descriptive approach to the nature of the research. The research sample consisted of (110) faculty members in the field of curriculum and teaching methods, school principals, youth centers, national associations and the teachers of sport education, as well as the sports specialists in youth centers and parents in some central governorates of upper Egypt (Assuit – Sohag – Qena). The most important results were the following: 1- The most important elements of the community partnership contribute to the implementation of school sports activities are (school – youth – centers – family). 2-Lack of internal capacity to develop the planning and organizational culture of school sports activities in light of the dimensions of community partnership in the belief that they are a source of problems and burdens. 3- The central role in implementing the plan of activities and not allowing the teacher to modify or change is the most important obstacles to the partnership. 4- The lack of awareness of many families by the importance of community partnership and the presence of various school activities, and lack of interest in communication with school administration only when there are obvious problems. 5- Lack of awareness of sports specialists in youth centers adequately needs of young people at various stages. |
