تعد القاعدة النورانية من القواعد الأصيلة في تعليم تلاوة القرآن الكريم، وهي بمثابة التجويد العملي للقرآن وهجاء اللغة العربية، وفي هذا الإطار يمكن توظيفها في تعليم هجاء الحروف العربية، حيث تسهم في تحسين مخارج الحروف، وإعطاء كل حرف حقه ومستحقه من الصفات، وإتمام الحركات وضبطها. وتوظيف القاعدة النورانية في تعليم القراءة يبدأ بالحروف مفردة، ثم الحروف المركبة، ثم الحروف المقطعة، ثم الحروف المتحركة بالفتح والجر والضم، ثم التنوين الذي يرسم بفتحتين أو كسرتين أو ضمتين، ثم يأتي دور التدريب على الحركات والتنوين، ثم حروف المد واللين، ثم السكون، ثم الشدة. وفي ضوء ما سبق يرمي البحث الحالي إلى إلقاء الضوء على استراتيجية القاعدة النورانية ودورها في تعليم اللغة العربية للناطقين بغيرها، مع التركيز على مهارة القراءة، وذلك استنادا إلى أهمية القراءة في تطور لغة الفرد بالإضافة إلى التطور الشخصي والاجتماعي، كما أن القراءة تعكس قدرة التمييز بين الأصوات واستخدامها، وضعفها يؤدي إلى افتقار الدافعية لتعلم اللغة. ومن هنا اكتسب البحث أهميته في تزويد معلمي اللغة العربية للناطقين بغيرها بالمهارات والخطوات اللازمة لتوظيف استراتيجية القاعدة النورانية في تعليم القراءة، مما ينعكس إيجابا على دارسي اللغة العربية من الناطقين بغيرها. كما يمثل البحث إسهاما في تطوير طرائق تدريس اللغة العربية للناطقين بغيرها.
Noorani Qa'idah Strategy for Teaching Arabic to Non-native Speakers Noorani Qa'idah is one of the original rules in teaching the recitation of the Holy Qur’an, and it is considered the practical intonation of the Qur’an and the spelling of the Arabic language, and in this framework it can be used to teach the spelling of Arabic letters, as it contributes to improving the letter outputs, giving each letter its right and deserving of adjectives, completing the movements and controlling them. And employing the rule of illumination in teaching reading begins with single letters, then the combined letters, then the cut letters, then the vowels in opening, drawing and joining, then the noun, which is drawn with two holes, two fractures or two combinations, then comes the role of training on the movements and the noun, then the letters of tide and softness, then the stillness Then the distress. In the light of the foregoing, the current research aims to shed light on the Noorani Qa'idah and its role in teaching the Arabic language to Nonnative Speakers, focusing on the skill of reading, based on the importance of reading in the development of the individual language in addition to personal and social development, and that reading reflects the ability to distinguish between Sounds, their use, and their weakness leads to a lack of motivation to learn the language. Hence, the research has gained its importance in providing teachers of Arabic for non-native speakers with the skills and steps necessary to employ the Noorani Qa'idah strategy for teaching reading, which reflects positively on non-native speakers. The research also represents a contribution to the development of methods of teaching Arabic to non-native speakers.
