المستخلص: هدف البحث إلى تعرف درجة مساهمة الأنشطة المدرسية في تنمية الوظيفة الاجتماعية لدى تلاميذ الحلقة الأولى من التعليم الأساسي من وجهة نظر المعلمين. وتحقيقا للهدف استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي، وأعدت استبانة مكونة من (25) بندا لتعرف آراء المعلمين حول درجة مساهمة الأنشطة في تنمية الوظيفة الاجتماعية لدى التلاميذ. وبعد التأكد من صدقها وثباتها، قامت الباحثة بتطبيقها على عينة عشوائية، تكونت من (150) معلما ومعلمة من معلمي الحلقة الأولى في مدارس دمشق للعام الدراسي 2018-2019. وخلص البحث إلى النتائج الآتية: - إن درجة مساهمة الأنشطة المدرسية في تنمية الوظيفة الاجتماعية لدى تلاميذ الحلقة الأولى من مرحلة التعليم الأساسي تراوحت بين الدرجة الكبيرة جدا والكبيرة والمتوسطة. - وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطات آراء معلمي الحلقة الأولى حول درجة مساهمة الأنشطة المدرسية في تنمية الوظيفة الاجتماعية لدى تلاميذ الحلقة الأولى من مرحلة التعليم الأساسي تبعا لكل من متغيري الدورات التدريبية وسنوات الخبرة لصالح الذين اتبعوا دورات، وذوي الخبرة (أكثر من 10 سنوات). وبناء على نتائج البحث قدمت الباحثة مجموعة من المقترحات تتعلق بضرورة إجراء المزيد من الدراسات في هذا المجال وحول الوظائف التي تسهم الأنشطة المدرسية في تنميتها للتلميذ.

The purpose of the research is to determine the degree to which school activities contribute to the development of social function among pupils in the first cycle of basic education from the perspective of teachers. To achieve the goal, the researcher used the descriptive approach, and prepared a questionnaire consisting of (25) items to identify the teachers' opinions on the degree of contribution of activities in the development of social function among students. After verifying its validity and stability, the researcher applied it to a random sample, consisting of (150) teachers and teachers of the first seminar in Damascus schools for the academic year 2018-2019. The research concluded the following results: - The degree of contribution of school activities in the development of social function among students in the first cycle of basic education ranged from the degree of large to large and medium. - There were statistically significant differences between the average views of the teachers of the first seminar on the degree of contribution of school activities in the development of the social function among students of the first cycle of basic education according to both the variables of the training courses and the years of experience for those who followed the courses and the experienced (more than 10 years). Based on the research results, the researcher presented a number of suggestions regarding the need for further studies in this field and about the functions that the school activities contribute to the development of the student.
