|b Our article deals with the problem of organizing competition in the telecommunications market, and more precisely that of mobile telephony. To this end, we opted first to define the difference between a monopoly market and a free market, and then to deal with the phenomenon that affected strategic sectors such as transport and telecommunications, namely deregulation. So that we can then proceed to present some cases of violation of the laws governing competition in the telecommunications sector such as the case in France. Finally, we go on to analyze Algerian issues by studying how mobile operators comply with the laws guaranteeing the proper functioning of the telecommunications sector and more precisely that of mobile telephony and briefly present the organizations responsible for respecting the free game in the mobile phone market.

|d Notre article s'intéresse au problème d'organisation de la concurrence sur le marché des télécommunications et plus précisément celui de la téléphonie mobile. A cette fin nous avons opté en premier lieu de définir la différence entre un marché en monopole et un marché libre, pour passer ensuite à traiter le phénomène qui a touché des secteurs stratégiques tels que ceux de transport et les télécommunications, à savoir la dérèglementation. Pour qu'on puisse passer ensuite à présenter quelques cas de violation des lois régissant la concurrence dans le secteur des télécommunications tel le cas en France. Pour terminer nous passons à l'analyse du cas algérien en étudiant comment les opérateurs de la téléphonie mobile respectent-ils les lois garantissant le bon fonctionnement du secteur des télécommunications et plus précisément celui de la téléphonie mobile, et présenter brièvement les organismes responsables du respect du libre jeu sur le marché de la téléphonie mobile.
