عنوان البحث: واقع مهارات تدريس معلمات العلوم للمرحلة المتوسطة في ضوء برامج التعلم النشط التدريبية في وزارة التربية والتعليم. أهداف البحث: هدف البحث إلى التعرف على مدى ممارسة معلمات العلوم لمهارات التعلم النشط في تدريسهن في تنظيم بيئة الصف وتقديم الدرس وتنفيذه وتقويمه، ومدى تحقيق استراتيجيات التعلم النشط لأهداف وثيقة العلوم. منهج البحث ومجتمعه وعينته: استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتألفت عينة الدراسة من (14) معلمة علوم للمرحلة المتوسطة اللاتي تلقين تدريباً على برامج التعلم النشط تم اختيارهن قصدياً بالمصادفة من ست مدارس في الرياض من مجتمع يبلغ عدده (427) معلمة علوم للمرحلة المتوسطة من اللاتي تلقين تدريباً على التعلم النشط. واستخدم لتحليل النتائج الأساليب الإحصائية التالية: معامل ارتباط بيرسون، معامل الثبات ألفا كرونباخ، والتكرارات والنسب المئوية والمتوسط الحسابي. أبرز نتائج البحث: 1) أن ممارسة معلمات العلوم للمرحلة المتوسطة للمهارات الخاصة بتنظيم بيئة الصف وتقديم الدرس وبتنفيذ الدرس وبتقويم الدرس في ضوء برامج التعلم النشط التدريبية في وزراة التربية والتعليم كانت متحققة بدرجة متوسطة. 2) أن تحقيق استراتيجيات التعلم النشط التي تستخدمها معلمات المرحلة المتوسطة لأهداف وثيقة العلوم للمرحلة المتوسطة في وزارة التربية والتعليم كان متحققاً بدرجة عالية. توصيات البحث: 1- تدريب جميع المعلمات أثناء الخدمة على برامج التعلم النشط التدريبية في جميع المراحل التعليمية. 2- وضع حلقات تنشيطية لمعلمات التخصص الواحد لمدارس الاحياء المتقاربة حول استراتيجيات التعلم الحديثة. مقترحات البحث: 1- إجراء دراسة مشابهة لهذه البحث باستخدام المنهج الوصفي المقارن بين المعلمات المتدربات وغير المتدربات باستخدام بطاقة الملاحظة. 2- إجراء دراسة مقارنة بين تحصيل طالبات المعلمات المتدربات وغير المتدربات على برامج التعلم النشط. 3- إجراء دراسة لمعرفة الصعوبات التي تعيق نجاح البرامج التدريبي ومحاولة إيجاد حلول مناسبة لها.
The study aims to recognize the female teachers skills of teaching of science in the intermediate stage in the light of the training programs of the active teaching in the ministry of education in terms of organizing the grade's environment and introducing the lesson, its implementing, its evaluating and the extent of achieving the active teaching strategies of the science document's aims. To achieve this aims, the researcher used the descriptive approach by using the notes card which included (44) clause and the search community would be consists of (427) female teacher of science in the intermediate stage in Riyadh who trained on the training programs of the active teaching in the ministry of education, and also a sample of study was chosen from the study community on which the tool is applied in a random and racemic way from six intermediate schools to measure the training skills of the female teachers who are trained on the active teaching program and the results are used to analyze the following statistical ways: Pearson's coefficient, Cronbach's reliability coefficient, the repetitions, percentages and the arithmetic average(mean). The study resulted in the following results: 1) Practicing the female teachers of science in the intermediate stage for the skills concerned with the grade's environment and introducing the lesson in the light of the training programs of the active teaching in the ministry of education was achieved moderately in general average which is (2.97) 2) Practicing the female teachers of science in the intermediate stage for the skills concerned with implementing the lesson in the light of the training programs of the active teaching in the ministry of education was achieved moderately in general average which is (3.36) 3) Practicing the female teachers of science in the intermediate stage for the skills concerned with evaluating the lesson in the light of the training programs of the active teaching in the ministry of education was achieved moderately in general average which is (3.14) 4) the strategies of the active teaching which the female teacher of the intermediate stage is using in the science document's aims of the intermediate stage in the ministry of education was achieved in a high degree and in average which was (3.50). The study also recommended that: 1- Training all the new female teachers during the preparation of the student, before and during the service on the academic programs for all the female teachers in all the educational levels in the active teaching strategies. 2- Putting simulator workshops for the female teachers of each major in the schools of the approximate regions around the new teaching strategies. The study suggested that: 1- Conducting a similar study of this study by using the comparative descriptive approach between the trained and the non-trained female teachers. Using the note card: 2- Conducting the comparative study between collecting the students of the trained and non-trained female teachers on the active teaching programs. 3- Conducting a study to know or recognize the difficulties which hinder the success of the training programs and the trial to find appropriate solutions for it.
