|b This research aims to invest the Speech Acts Theory in the study of "ll fascino dell’Egitto" written by Marinetti in 1933. As language is not to make statement but to perform actions, the inexplicit meaning of an illocutionary act hidden behind the explicit meaning depends on some indicators that lead to the required effect on the receiver through perlocutionary acts. A speech act relies on its illocutionary force indicator. The meaning of any speech act is not only about the goal of the speaker but it is also a matter of intention and convention, so, the transcription of Arabic words into Latin letters led us to the necessity of using the cooperative principal along with inference strategy and applying the implicature approach, in order to understand the non-literal meaning the writer aimed to by using this technique. The linguistic pragmatic analysis of this phenomenon shows that the writer aimed throughout this technique to enhance the confidence between speaker and receiver.
