المستخلص: In this research, we deal with a very crucial case, an ancient- new case, which is the foundation of many solutions of different misunderstandings since the old and modern times. This case is the declension making upon which the Arabic as a science is built. Arabic language is grammar and grammar is declension. No one can imagine that he can study it without studying declension making. Upon this industry, successive generations of scientists and geniuses since the end of the first Hijri century to the present day have pledged to serve it and make it fresh as it all the time. These great efforts, which have been exerted both anciently and recently to serve this language, is the use of God Almighty to serve this nation to serve his holy book, which requires the memorization of its language. The focus of this study will be on the knowledgeable features of this industry and the reasons behind its expansion. The first section is concerned with the declension making and the reasons beyond its appearance and expansion. The second section is devoted to talk about the evidences of declension making and the errors noted by the grammarians which are committed taking into account declension making and neglecting meaning.
