هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف إلى المشكلات الناجمة عن الاغتراب الاجتماعي، وكذلك مظاهر الاغتراب الاجتماعي لدى أسر العسكريين المغتربين، وأساليب تعامل الأسر مع الاغتراب الاجتماعي، إضافة إلى وجود علاقة بين مظاهر الاغتراب والخصائص الديموجرافية، والاجتماعية، والاقتصادية، والأسرية للمبحوثات. وباستخدام منهج المسح الاجتماعي تم جمع البيانات اللازمة لتحقيق أهدافها والإجابة عن تساؤلاتها باستخدام استبانة صممت لهذا الغرض، طبقت بعد ذلك على عينة قوامها (١١٦) زوجة، تم اختيارهن من خلال عينة كرة الثلج. وتؤكد نتائج هذه الدراسة -بشكل عام- أن هناك درجة من الاغتراب الاجتماعي لدى أسر العسكريين المغتربين؛ إذ نجد عددا من مظاهر الاغتراب الاجتماعي، يتمثل في مقدمتها الشعور بالخوف وعدم الأمان؛ نتيجة لتغيب الزوج عن الأسرة لفترات طويلة، ومشكلات ناجمة عن الاغتراب الاجتماعي، من أبرزها: عدم وجود الوقت الكافي للزوج داخل الأسرة لمناقشة أمورها، وأن تحمل الزوجة مسؤولية مراقبة تصرفات الأبناء وسلوكياتهم أتى في مقدمة الأدوار الاجتماعية لدى زوجات العسكريين المغتربين، وتقديم الأسرة للمساعدة للجيران عند الحاجة، من أهم ما يميز طبيعة العلاقات الأولية والثانوية لها، وأن أقل الأنشطة الترويحية والترفيهية ممارسة من قبل أسر العسكريين هو اشتراك أفراد أسرهم في النوادي، كما كان التضامن مع وضع الأسرة أثناء غياب الزوج، ومشاركة الزوج لأفراد أسرته في أنشطة مشتركة أثناء تواجده من أكثر الأساليب المتبعة للتعامل مع الاغتراب الاجتماعي لدى أسر العسكريين المغتربين، في حين كان التواصل الفاعل مع الأهل والأصدقاء من أقل الأساليب اتباعا للتعامل مع الاغتراب الاجتماعي لديهم. وخرجت الدراسة ببعض التوصيات والمقترحات التي يمكن أن تسهم في التخفيف من الآثار المترتبة على اغتراب العسكريين وعدم استقرار أسرهم.
This study aims to identify the problems, which face families of military personnel resulting from social alienation, the aspects of social alienation for families of military personnel, how do they deal with such social alienation. In addition, there is a relation between the aspects of alienation and demographic, social, economic and familiar characteristics of the respondents. The researcher used the social survey method through which data were collated to achieve the study objectives and answer the study questions using a questionnaire designed for that purpose. And then, this questionnaire was applied to a sample of (116) wives of the military personnel, who were selected by snowball sampling. Study results confirm that there is a degree of social alienation for the families of military personnel. In addition, the study results find a group of social alienation aspects for the families of military personnel, most importantly, as follows: at the top, the sense of fear and insecurity, due to the absence of husband for long periods. In addition, the study results find problems resulted from social alienation, most importantly, the lack of sufficient time to discuss matters with the family. The wife assumes responsibility to monitor acts and behaviors of her children was at the top of social roles of wives of alienated military personnel. Provide help to neighbors when needed was what distinguish the nature of primary and secondary relations of alienated military personnel›s wives. The promotional and recreational activities less practiced by military personnel were the engagement of their family members in clubs. Solidarity with family condition in absence of the husband and the husband›s involvement in joint activities with his family members while he exists with them, were of the most adopted methods to deal with social alienation for the families of military personnel. Whereas interactive communication with family members and friends was the less adopted method to deal with social alienation for them. The study concluded certain recommendations and suggestions that could contribute to mitigating the consequences of military personnel alienation and instability of their families.
