استهدف البحث الحالي التعرف إلى: -قياس اتجاه تدريسيي وطلبة جامعة بغداد نحو العملية الإرشادية -قياس اتجاه تدريسيي جامعة بغداد نحو العملية الإرشادية. -قياس اتجاه طلبة جامعة بغداد نحو العملية الإرشادية. -ما طبيعة اتجاه تدريسيي وطلبة جامعة بغداد نحو العملية الإرشادية. -التعرف على دلالة الفروق في اتجاه تدريسي جامعة بغداد نحو العملية الإرشادية على وفق متغيرات (الجنس، التخصص). -التعرف على دلالة الفروق في اتجاه طلبة جامعة بغداد نحو العملية الإرشادية على وفق متغيرات (الجنس، التخصص، المرحلة الدراسية). ولتحقيق أهداف البحث قام الباحثان ببناء أداة البحث والمتمثلة بمقياس اتجاه تدريسيي وطلبة جامعة بغداد نحو العملية الإرشادية. وطبق الباحثان أداة البحث على عينة قوامها (215) من تدريسيي وطلبة جامعة بغداد للعام الدراسي 2012- 2013 ثم حللت البيانات بالاستعانة بالحقيبة الإحصائية (spss) وكانت النتائج كما يلي يوجد اتجاه إيجابي نحو العملية الإرشادية لأفراد العينة ككل. -ظهر اتجاه إيجابي نحو العملية الإرشادية لتدريسيي جامعة بغداد. -ظهر اتجاه سلبي نحو العملية الإرشادية لطلبة جامعة بغداد. -لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية للجنس والتخصص والمرحلة الدراسية في اتجاه تدريسيي وطلبة جامعة بغداد نحو العملية الإرشادية لكل من التدريسيين والطلبة. وختم البحث بمناقشة النتائج وتقديم بعض التوصيات
The present study aims at: - Measurement of Baghdad university lecturers and students attitude toward counsel process. -Measurement of Baghdad university lecturers attitude toward counsel process. -Measurement of Baghdad university students attitude toward counsel process. -Measurement of the nature of attitude of the Baghdad university lecturers and students toward counsel process. -Identification of the differences in the attitude of lecturers Baghdad University toward counsel process according to (Sex, Specialization, Grade) variables. -Identification of the differences in the attitude of students Baghdad University toward counsel process according to (Sex, Specialization, Grade) variables. To achieve the aims of this study, the researchers have been built the tool of the study which is the Measurement of the nature of attitude of the Baghdad university lecturers and students toward counsel process and applied it on a sample consist of (215) lecturers and students of the Baghdad University of the academe year 2012- 2013, then the Data have been analyzed as follow: There is a positive attitude toward counsel process among the whole sample. There is a positive attitude toward counsel process among the Baghdad university students. -There is a negative attitude toward counsel process among the Baghdad university students. There are Statistical significance differences among Sex, Specialization, Grade variables in the of attitude of the Baghdad university lecturers and students toward counsel process. The study concludes with the discussion of the results and some recommendation.
