انتظمت دراسة هذا الموضوع بين التأصيل لدلالة الأجزاء والمراد منه عند الأصوليين والفقهاء بذكر أهم ما يتعلق به ليعلم المعنى ثم التطبيق له بعدد من المسائل فكانت دراسته في مقدمة وثلاثة مباحث وخاتمة. فالمقدمة فيها أهمية الموضوع، ومشكلته وحدود الدراسة فيه، ومنهجه، وخطته. كما شمل المبحث الأول على التعريفات في اللغة وفي الاصطلاح للأجزاء والواجب ثم أهم الفروق بين الأجزاء والصحة والقبول والجواز والحل، ثم المعنى العام للأجزاء ليتضح المعنى ويفهم الحكم المراد منه. وشمل المبحث الثاني التأصيل للدراسة ففيها: الأصل في الحكم عدم الأجزاء، ثم درجات الأجزاء حسب الحكم من الأعلى إلى الأدنى والعكس والقرين المساوي، ثم نسخ الحكم الواجب، ثم بيان الخلاف بين الأصوليين في حكم المراد من الأجزاء هل يقتصر على الامتثال أم لا بد من أسقاط القضاء، ثم اختصاص الأجزاء بالعبادات وبالواجب منها، وما زاد عن الواجب يكون نفل لا يؤخذ المكلف به ثم الختم بقواعد وضوابط فقهية وأصولية للواجب. أما المبحث الثالث ففيه تطبيقات لآهم المسائل وهي طواف الوداع يقوم مقام الإفاضة، طواف القدوم يعوم مقام طواف الإفاضة، الحج النفل يقوم مقام الفريضة، رفع الحدث بالغسل الغير الواجب، إخراج الكفارة قبل الحنث، إخراج طعام الكفارة لأهل الذمة. ثم ختمت بخاتمة فيها أهم النتائج وقائمة المراجع ثم فهرس الموضوعات. والحمد لله الذي أعطى من الإنعام والإكرام ما يستحق على فضله وكرمه فله الحمد أولا وأخيرا.
