هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى بناء تصور مستقبلي مقترح حول تنشئة الأطفال في الوطن العربي على المواطنة العالمية، واعتمدت على المنهجين المنهج الوصفي والمنهج المستقبلي، وقد تم بناء استبانتين الأولى استبانة مفتوحة والثانية استبانة مغلقة، كما استندت الدراسة على أسلوب دلفي في تطبيقهما على 60 خبيرا من خبراء التربية، وانتهت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج أهمها: - تصميم بناء تصور مستقبلي مقترح حول تنشئة الأطفال في الوطن العربي على المواطنة العالمية تشمل أهدفا هذه التنشئة وأهم أبعادها ومجالاتها الثلاثة مع استكشاف التحديات التي تواجه تنشئة الأطفال في الوطن العربي على المواطنة العالمية. إلى جانب تحديد مقومات نجاح تنشئة الأطفال في الوطن العربي على المواطنة العالمية. - تمثلت أهداف تنشئة الأطفال في الوطن العربي على المواطنة العالمية وفقا لآراء خبراء التربية في: جاء في دعم إحساس الأطفال في الوطن العربي بالانتماء إلى مجتمع أوسع يتخطى الحدود الوطنية، وإعداد الأطفال في الوطن العربي ليصبحوا أكثر تسامحا في عالمهم المستقبلي، وإعداد الأطفال للتعايش السلمي وقبول الآخر، إلى جانب تنشئة الأطفال في الوطن العربي على احترام حقوق الإنسان، وتعزيز ثقافة السلام واللاعنف لدى الأطفال في الوطن العربي، وغرس تقدير التنوع الثقافي واحترامه في نفوس الأطفال في الوطن العربي، إضافة إلى إكساب الأطفال في الوطن العربي ملكتي الفهم والتفكير النقدي فيما يخص القضايا العالمية. - شملت مهارات تنشئة الأطفال على المواطنة العالمية مهارات الاستنتاج والتحليل، ومهارات التفاعل الاجتماعي والتواصل مع الآخرين، ومهارات التفكير الناقد، ومهارات فض المنازعات والخلافات، ومهارات العمل مع الآخرين"، ومهارات التعبير عن الرأي وعن القضايا أو المشكلات والأحداث، ومهارات الإبداع. - شملت القيم المرتبطة بتنشئة الأطفال على المواطنة العالمية قيم التعاطف مع الآخر بغض النظر عن جنسيته ودينه ولونه، وتقدير كرامة الإنسان، والمساواة بين جميع البشر، والمشاركة الإيجابية في بناء العالم، والتضامن مع الآخرين، و"السلام ونبذ العنف. - تحديد أسس بناء المناهج الخاصة بتنشئة الأطفال في الوطن العربي على المواطنة العالمية. - التعرف على دور تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات في دعم تنشئة الأطفال في الوطن العربي على المواطنة العالمية. - استعراض لأهم المقاربات لدعم تنشئة الأطفال في الوطن العربي على المواطنة العالمية.
This study aimed to build a proposed future vision about raising children in the Arab world on global citizenship, and the two approaches adopted the descriptive approach and the future approach. Two questionnaires were built, the first is an open questionnaire and the second is a closed questionnaire. The study was based on the Delphi method applied in 60 expert experts.
